Not sure if anyone has seen the following latest update from the other site. Lots to digest and if true then the future short term never mind long term will be very bright indeed.

book5: I keep hearing from different sources the same messages I said before, Explotec is involved, we are negotiating with calibre. Open questions? What would we need to do to keep artisanal miners working (no buying their land), and obtain the finance to build the mine? Why has cnr increased the depth of the drilling from 35m to 70m (source national tv video with Nicaraguan top boss)? Is tunnelling the answer to both questions? Assisted by toll mining, would it be possible to obtain finance for a small second hand plant without owning all the land but tunneling instead + small pits ? In my opinion, in the future when the jobs are created, it would be easier to buy the cooperative's land. All very exciting in the short and long term. gla

Come on Condor we need some decent news to land, oh and by tomorrow if you will, just to keep us fellow Condorians sane with a bit of confidence thrown in as know we are holding for the long term anyway.

Personally I think not only calibre wants a perce tage of the company and if a toll mill agreement is being put in place with calibre if I were in their shoes I would want a first refusal on any sale put in the contract and I would want a max price out in (a little like a footballers release clause). This would be a stumbling block for Condor as they would want to leave open a bidding war potential with the bigger players involved.

Possibly a merger with calibre also on the cards rather than takeover, this new company would be a super attractive proposition for the market?

Would warrant holders selling for quick buck need to declare them? If not not so worried.

We need news before these are released (if not excessive beforehand) to ensure demand outweighs supply and keeps the share price buoyant.

My guess is once la India complete going on to mestiza as was reported as due to begin in Jan. Mestiza although smaller had appeared to have bigger riches from last surveys and may well be the first place to be mined for the use in the "Toll Mill" when hopefully it gets announced.

I'm hooked, amazing seeing 4 smallish bowls with bits of yellow sitting in a portacabin with 5 guys (rednecks) of which only 4 worked worth 5.5million dollars! 1 month digging up soil and sifting on site!

Just seen this series for the first time today on discovery Channel, very interesting and gives an idea of how they find mine and assess gold deposits on a semi hillbilly level.

The land is not a non issue in my opinion, if it was it would have been settled long ago and lawyers going over financing deals will want full clarification before committing.

Rns must be due any day now on drilling commencing at mesirza, was planned for early Jan 2021.
Followed by land deal, toll mill, own mill, results from la India and funding plans.... not necessarily in that order.

Condor resources not condor gold. News will be coming soon just need to have patience all.

Todays drop in share price doesn't fully add up to me as a lot of decent buys especially in the afternoon. Either mms playing games or pog is overly influencing things.

POG just to remind everyone is still near it all time high! Our share price is ~50p where we all wanted it only a couple of weeks ago and news is imminent. Take stock, hold your nerve and get ready for the ride....

Let's just all remind ourselves while we are all keen for the price to rocket will not do so without news! Even then we are all guessing a little, I am still bullish with condor - hence my recent investment at 53.8p which I still feel will look a great price within a few months.
