Now we have until the 26th July to get signed up or extension runs out as will cash flow. For me it is crucial we have guys like RB and JM invested and hopefully we can attract some more.

That final 5% of the land is key, especially given the permit extension that was granted expires on the 27th of July 2021. Hopefully we don't need o apply for another extension.

Offers have been made to all land owners. The Company has now purchased 85% of the land in and around the permitted La India open pit mine site area thereby getting close to completing one of the main conditions of the Environmental Permit and significantly de-risking the Project. The Company has purchased 64 plots of land totalling 659 hectares in and around the permitted La India open pit mine site infrastructure, of which 479 hectares has been purchased this year, at the time of writing. In addition, the Company can also demonstrate physical possession for approximately 18 years on the land covering the Mestiza open pit, has purchased the majority of this land and has claimed ownership over 303 hectares in this area. The Company has ownership of 96 hectares of land in the area of the America open pit.

I may be wrong m, but is it not a condition of the environmental permit that before mining land needs to be fully owned and all conditions satisfied by something this summer.

Along with our other major seller who steadily sold of chunks when he could this is not a good sign. Why would they disinvest in such a good opportunity other than getting fed up with the lack of progress and long wait for profits. Let's hope and pray he doesn't start continually reduce holding here. Finance, land and disagreement with toll milling may be the reasons or indeed lack of buyers coming forward and just doesn't want to or have the appetite to play the long game to full production.

For me I repeat what I stated at the weekend, we need milestones and timescales set out now to ensure the sp doesn't collapse short term. Never a good sign when bad news comes out of office hours expect this will open low tomorrow unless a counter rns is posted.

Buyout I think is on the cards especially if good grades come in and unlike others O don't see CNR going to full scale production without being acquired. Either way I'm happy as price should be good but some decent material RNS's dropping over next 2 months months.

Not all available on coinbase and have looked at aave but didn't as was already on a rise and I'm just dipping my toes at the moment, so far so good though. CCC. No one is questioning whether or not Mark Child is a good honourable guy or not, think we all agree he is. However the land issue for me has had years of time to be sorted and hasn't, statements saying its not an issue and we'll be shovel ready give confidence to the market and potential buyers. However they now need backed up with action.

Everyone is open to criticism and if not and blind faith is put i them then thats silly. My whole point is Mark Child and Jim Mellon I feel are not interested in taking us down the route of production and want someone else to take ownership at the right price and I worry that they price themselves out of the market. Will need to take the bull by the horns soon if no bid is forthcoming and run the company as if no bid will be forthcoming and get some income to shore up the expenses which with each month are mounting up. No company survives long term on funding alone and we need to start really driving down the milestones to full production from now on in.

EL I agree with you but my point is that by not sorting the land years ago when I dare say it could have been done a bit easier, miners now are fully aware of the value it holds to our project and that they directly have some control/ influence as to delaying the whole project and are now impacting finances as we still have operational costs every month still to pay for when not producing.

Let's pay them a fairly and move on. Obviously not to be held to ransom like passing over mestiza lol. But need to weigh up the total costs of delay not just the payment to the miners but the cost of delaying paying the miners into the equation. Sometimes in negotiations you need to bite the bullet a little to get to the next stage.

I pray it is tomorrow its all sorted as you say could be anyway now, my frustrations are coming from pr price to pr piece with same old news and can getting kicked along the road on all major milestones with only some more minor housekeeping targets being satisfied in full.

However the land is the issue for me and if sitting on a considerable streak of the vain at la india as suggested by book5 is not such a simple shrug of the shoulders it will come from Mark we carry on as if we have it, the miners if they have a section of the vein key to our plans have a major bargaining tool and will, and why should they sell cheaply.

Time for Condor to be honest as nothing major can continue at la india until this is sorted and should have been sorted ages ago. The government having to step in and negotiate and force through on our behalf is not good for anyone.

We have as discussed a great opportunity here which SS is well aware of as has put in hard cash and is sticking by Condor like all the rest of us in here, but so far into the game we really need milestones being ticked off now. If three major milestones are not publicly immentent or completed by April if I can get out without being burned too much I will, as this for me is starting to show signs of groundhog day with previous share Ive held.

Having said all of the above is MC can sort he land out soon I firmly believe that Condor will fly with the other pieces follow shortly after.

SS what you have stated is your opinion and to be honest deep down everyone must have concerns on why we are not yet shovel ready, had any bids worthy of consideration, toll mill agreements etc. Etc.
