I agree we can't be allowed to be sold on the cheap, however we also can't over inflate and price ourselves out of a deal. So far we make zero profit and for all the gold in the ground and major opportunities, their is still risk in a takeover and getting to production will have unseen costs crop up, standard practice + the other elephant in the room which is a buyers bargaining tool is the political risk in a country such as nicuagrua.

I personally feel and have always done that MC and JM don't want to to take us to full production hence a lot of milestone stalling, however at some point in the not too distant future will need to drive towards exactly that if no acceptable concrete buds are pit before them.

Don't expect this to fly anytime soon as need confirmed schedules and real operational goals met before will go further. Agree Mark Child appears to be an honourable kind of guy who really knows his stuff, that however doesn't ensure project management is good and I'm well aware of his large stake but just because he's invested and appears to be running the show doesn't mean he can't get burned like the rest of us.

As stated before I really like Mark but think he needs an operational leader to help him from identifying rescource to actually doing the next stage of taking us to full production, this in my opinion needs someone full time located at the site fairly soon once construction and mining begin.

I am still a strong believer we have a great opportunity here otherwise would sell up and invest elsewhere, however it is fair for me to have doubts as to as we haven't passed enough key stages on the way to full production yet after over 10 years imho. Please note all companies face challenges and crisis along the way that is true but it is up to good management to find a way around them driving the company forward. Let's hope land issues, toll mill issues are first and foremost agreed in the next few weeks and an update from Mark on Thursday shows progress from his last updates.

I am also not calling for Marks blood, I actually like the guy and trust what he is doing , just feel we need someone a with a bit more organisational skills assisting him deliver his well thought out strategy.

Frenchie, I'm all for being patient but it was Mark Child who has us worried as he indicated only in Nov/Dec last year we would be shovel ready, land owned and artisans miners sorted by now. Also Mestiza would be getting drilled for results early Jan. This update if is just pushing out his own timescales yet again will be frustrating, agree the long game is good but 10+ years of the long game I am aware Mark is good at repeating all the good news we have, does he deliberately go slow on key points in case any potential buyer comes forward who may want to take it further with their own plans??

No more im not worried abou the facts and repeating old news regarding how good are grades are and the low aisc. We already are fully aware of this as are all potential investors. Great info and a good indication that we in a good position when thrashing out a finance deal especially when the price of gold is above 1500usd (i know its current lrice) but above 1500 is still over double the 690 all in costs of retrieval. Imagine our position if gold hits 2500 usd!!
