Mr. P. Keep posting. I am interested and I am sure others are following if not contributing. All I can say at the moment is that given the recent results and share price movements, this is probably more about manipulation that the value and prospects of the company. Very disheartening but the movements can go either way so I will add on the dips and sell some off on the highs.

Or is it that the lack of growth happens to coincide with their merger with the Henderson fund in May 2025?

Probably like many, my dividends have exceded my capital loss and eventually China will be the World's largest economy so I will hold.

It looks like that UBS is basing any increase on 'growth potential'. Given that SPX was over £170 per share 5 years ago, I have no idea where the price will go. This is what they say:

For whay it's worth, a concensus of analysts on Yahoo Finance predict 12.09% growth next year compared to 1.96% this year. If we only get half of this, better days are ahead.

As of 1st June, 2025, they had 4.395% invested in Argentex but the factsheet dated 30th June, 2025 includes a statement about the finacial distress at Argentex (in the paragraph above the Top 10 Holdings).

For the most part, it seems to be tracking most other global funds but there are companies such as LVMH that may be holding it back. I read one article where they are aware of this and consider some of these companies a buying opportunity. Otherwise, I consider this a safe bet, I just keep reinvesting the dividends.

And a possible dividend cut coming unless this moves up quickly because the dividend calculation is 4% of the NAV. It has happened before.

The financial year ends in June so hopefully there will be news of a dividend increase soon for the next financial year
