The appointment of Peter Kravitz comes as no surprise and is expected as he is a specialist when it comes to liquidation.

All the threats of legal action couldn't stop this happening and the writing is no on the wall.

Kravitz now has the virtually impossible task of an asset sale that comes anywhere near to covering the eye watering 135M debts left as a legacy by yours truly Arthur Millholland.

As a distressed sale, I'd be amazed if a sale generated anything more than 70-80M, so the SL will get something back, with nothing left for shareholders.

Kravitz is a seasoned professional and will just quietly get on with the task in hand working to the end of Feb deadline.

That's the problem with here now, with staring suspension and administration in the face and with an Mcap of now less than 1M, this will inevitably attract traders pumping and dumping this for just a few quid leaving everyone else holding. They must think we were born yesterday!

JohnHenry is another one who seems to think that they already know the result of the drill before anyone else does. Some ability that lol

I can remember when that last 2.6p placing happened. At the time the share price was around 2p and it just steadily dropped despite the placing being at a 30% premium at the time.

Should definitely get some operational update on the drill this week, share price is on the floor, heavily oversold which means this has more to rise if the initial indications are good :))

Hmmm, sounds like it's all over to me.

Can't see them getting any further financing away for what is effectively a failing business swimming in debt (over $135M!!) with no prospect of things improving.

This latest attempt to drag things out till Feb seems like it's their way of hoping some miracle happens in the meantime as opposed to an immediate windown in December and suspension.

This will probably just end up down the insolvency route with absolutely no return to shareholders no matter what they do now. Shame, real shame :((

Latino it doesn't sound like it would have mattered to you what she said, I think the fact is you are disgruntled by the recent share price raise as I know many of us are, but no point looking backwards, it's done, all about the drill now!

Bottom firmly in now, suspect a few orchestrated shorts been playing around here - looking forward to progress reports on the drill which could be very revealing indeed, in a good way!
