Sorry to hear about your condition Panama, hope all goes well for you….

We’ve had no notification regarding share status, although it obviously seems quite unusual - but could just be something as innocent as year end housekeeping. We’re investigating. Pressure being maintained, we will fight until justice is seen.

The form being referred to was for return in May 2024, not 2025. There are no new forms required from class action members at this time. If anyone has a question relating to their own specific circumstances, CAG can be contacted directly on coplsharewatch@gmail.com

Within MC’s email dated 21-02-2025, there was an invite to the latest zoom conference call which subsequently took place on 06-03-2025.

If you were unable to attend the briefing on 06-03-2025, were too late to gain entry, or you simply wish to listen again, a recording will be issued in due course.

You have to bear in mind that this was never going to be a quick process, it’ll take what it takes. Every action has a reaction, so it’s an ever changing landscape. MC is the best guy we could have representing us, please just have faith and let him do his stuff….

Hi all, there has been a slight delay in the update, so please bear with MC. I’ll update you further after contacting him tomorrow. All in hand, no problems.

It’s over a year now since the COPL saga went so spectacularly wrong. Rather than accept things as they were, we have come together in an unprecedented manner and fought. Thank you for joining us, your support and spirit mean the world to us.

The battle will continue, we will not lie down and accept the wrongs done against us. However, for the next day or so, let’s all set this aside and look after our nearest and dearest. On behalf of CAG, please have yourselves a great Christmas break.

Folks, as Mr Cotter has previously stated, when we move from stage one to stage two, he will be providing a secure passworded portal for our use.

The exemption from proceedings refers to the professional service providers involved in the SISP process, plus the directors of those companies. Even for them, there is no hiding place should any case of gross misconduct, wilful negligence or fraud be established.
