Once all registrations have been collated, all registered SHs will receive an email from Mr Cotter confirming registration and highlighting next steps. At this point, should a SH not receive an expected email, they will be given time to make direct contact with CEC Legal - we will ensure that no one gets left behind.

There will always be those with a contrary opinion/agenda, that’s fine. Bottom line is very clear though - if you’re not comfortable using Mr Cotter to seek recourse on your behalf, then just don’t do it. Simples.

Nothing constructive to say, just throw some pompous derision at a group of SHs trying to do the right thing. By pure coincidence, there’s a sign up deadline in two days time.

FR, Thanks for your concern, we’re so lucky that you just happened to open an LSE account and stumble upon poor wee COPL out of all the thousands of stocks, just in time to save us all. What are the odds on that? Incredible luck, on our part.

We are dealing with any issues we are made aware of. FYI, several complainants, when asked to contact us, miraculously disappear. Many have used the wrong email address. The number of genuine issues, from over 450, is actually very small.
