We’ve had a monumental response to our class action announcement. Such a huge response that we can no longer accept further requests to be involved, we have to draw a line at some point. We’ll now finish collating the vast amount of data submitted and then progress to the next stage.
Thank you all for your support, it’s been both eye-opening and much appreciated.
It’s absolutely disgusting. That’s why we will not stop. Innocent people lured in by duplicity, deceit and pure, unadulterated greed.
Vulnerable people left destitute or with their life dreams in tatters, just so that another super yacht can be bought by the Cayman Island fraudsters.
Not this time, Tommy Boy…..
88 year old widow, £62,000
44 year old disabled veteran, £43,000
72 year old SIPP holder, £54,000
26 year old, mortgage deposit, £22,500
81 year old, wife with cancer, £63,700
58 year old, pension wiped out, £102,300
53 year old, daughter’s wedding fund, £32,100
Should I keep going, Tommy Boy?
Loads more like this.
All wiped out. Shameful.
Exactly Harry, they seem totally incapable of seeing this as any sane and honest person would. It displays a level of arrogance and contempt that’s rarely displayed so openly. But, that’s Our Tommy for you. Trail of corporate destruction behind him, but a very wealthy man at other people’s expense.
Not this time, Tommy Boy….
Alfresco, be in no doubt, there was no ‘invitation’ to the board. They were pressured in to it, but have merely paid lip-service by issuing an ‘unsignable’ NDA. They wrongly feel that’s shown flexibility on their part - just the opposite, they’ve shown themselves to be disingenuous.
We actually appeared to have eventually made small progress with the COPL BoD, with their apparent ‘agreement in principle’ to granting us two seats on the board. But absolutely not.
With two suitable candidates nominated, they sent them both an eight page NDA to sign, our solicitors deeming it totally unsignable!
More can kicking and delaying tactics from Our Tommy.
Not a great look Tom, speaks absolute volumes…..
Poor Anavio. With the FCA and ASC questioning their dealings in COPL, they also have an upcoming appeal against their guilty verdict for short selling of Flyr AS during Nov 22.
Strangely, another current COPL bondholder also appealed against a guilty verdict of short selling the very same stock, Flyr AS, at the very same time, Nov 22!!
Step forward Cazadores Investments.
What a truly amazing coincidence. Not.
We hate piling on the pain, but thought we should send the Norwegian authorities a small case file of the COPL saga by way of bedtime reading. Lots of interesting things to take in, showing that absolutely no lessons have been learned by them.
Good luck with the appeal guys…..
Just a quick update, may be of interest. We now have confirmation that both FCA and ASC are investigating dealings between COPL and Anavio, with documentation having been seized. In addition, FCA appear to have extended their investigation to include market manipulation via social media influencing.
Under such circumstances, Anavio would be very foolhardy to convert further bonds.
That said, they are truly arrogant bar stewards, are they not?
Think it’s a great idea. Any info or docs that people can compile can only help the wider objective. Stas’s research has been brilliant and he’s shared a few nuggets with us that were then using in a coordinated manner. Same could apply to yourself Mo, please share and allow us to use anything you produce, but only if you’re happy with that. Common cause, common goals, let’s all work together and beat them…..
Again, our apologies for being slow in acknowledging some of your emails - we’ve been genuinely staggered by the response and it’s taking quite some time to collate everything (on top of our daily research and etc). Please bear with us….we simply don’t have a huge ‘admin dept’ to call upon!!
