JT, I agree with the logic behind that and understand why they might do it. My disappointment is a personal one, it's been such an interesting story to follow that I wanted to actually hear it unfold tomorrow (if indeed it does!).

Has everyone seen this AGM info doc, well hidden on their website?

Looks like it could be a closed shop, which would be very disappointing.....so still hoping for an RNS.

That would be highly unusual, they should be opening it up us, so I still expect an RNS today.
That said, nothing surprises me any more with AML!!!

After an RNS with the potential to spook the market late yesterday, we can surely be happy with a strong morning today.

Very encouraging, for me, that the SP has stood strong this morning after that confusing RNS yesterday. A good start.

That's what I want to know. Balancing RNS to say Stroll has increased holding by 30,000,000 would be nice.....let's wait and see tomorrow. There are things happening within AML that none of us are privy to. Could easily be very positive news for us.

Just to be clear, I NEVER seek sensitive info from my boy, I would not put him in that situation. We obviously talk about generalities, product developments and 'internal mood', but I also know a couple of senior managers who give me a steer when they feel they can. When they refer to vehicle stock, I know that it's not just dealer stock. There were many vehicles being held off site last year, but I would be simply guessing at the volumes, sorry. As we all saw from previous RNSs, they have been very successful in getting out of these in Q1 (460 from memory?). So, the situation was obviously not good, but a big improvement has already been made. Clever use of furlough to help them with this, and there is no particular reason why Gaydon couldn't adopt the social distancing rules being used at St Athan. If you've been on a Gaydon factory tour, you'll know that it's a fairly roomy line. Purely tactical in my view, and a clever move.

There's a lot riding on this AGM, but 100% sure Stroll knows that. The staff are all fully on board and the place is buzzing, apparently. They're all scared stiff of him (and Moer's is a business hard man too), but there's huge respect for him.
Done a lot of research on him and I think he's a top operator. Think the meeting will be very bullish.
Analysts waiting to see what he says, I like that too, cause I trust him to be honest, blunt and deliver a clear vision.

I'm neither mucker, don't know where I picked that up from.....just a simple second hand car salesman and sometime share investor. Either type of vet sounds more exciting!!
