The fact that the business has declining take up of beds due to government cut backs and has increasing cost due to rent increases and most media coming out on this is negative, does any more need to be said. I did actually buy even after all as a gamble but sold at a loss after further bad news was released. ;-( Just my 2 cent but factual

Have talks started ? And seems to me rent payments arnt there only problem.. Yes a rent reduction will help the figures... But the government cut backs in this field means less clients and @ a REDUCE rate of payment for each..
