I won’t lie I’m getting fed up of the overall performance of the FTSE. Even if I agree other markets are over inflated reflation bubbles waiting for something to give. With no rhyme or reason most markets seem to be increasing in value. What is happening in the FTSE ?
Still confident on a rerate here to £4.50 plus but the overall performance of the market holding us back.

Google close is incorrect. LSE has it more or less right. Check ADR as reference it’s actually going up

If your intention is a long term hold, return to £4.50 then hold.
If you want to make quick bucks and alternate different companies then trade and try your luck.

It does seem a tad much, every other day the same old divi? Tax? I’m all for helping mind but hmmmm

The only thing I can think of why he over paid is.. maybe this core holding of land will eventually expand to unlock further sites and who best to obtain them than the current occupiers, first refusal and favoured bidders on future sites. If you know you know
