Eastman Kodak stocks skyrocketed over 530% on Wednesday after the company's shares continued to surge on news that it would join in the production of generic active ingredients for a number of drugs.

Earlier, United States President Donald Trump hailed the move and said it was part of Washington's determination to achieve pharmaceutical independence.

Kodak shares were up 537.28% when they were halted for the tenth time during the trading day as the price of a single stock hit $50.6. On Monday, Kodak opened at $2.13 per share.

Yes you’re right Knolloy if the company was in diffs and Mr. Holder had off loaded his entire holding then S’dry would have gone into the ground like a dart.
Pantz1980 I believe the share was trading at 140+p for a long time when he sold.
The reason I mentioned the incident was to point out that I don’t believe it’s of any consequent to the share price ot the company.

In reflection the point the James Holder sold .9% of his 9.8% holding on the 28th of June could be deemed as evidence that all is not well with S’dry but to that I say.
1. The market didn’t react or if it did it was only a couple of % on the day.

The only happening that coincided with James Holder selling his shares, was that a few posters from this board disappeared so they may have got frightened, who knows.
That’s as much as I know,
We are where we are.

When a share is left without a market update for a prolonged period of time the market tends to treat the stock as lost. So since there has been no direct news referring to Superdry since May 7th (?) and the fact that shortly afterward that when RBC rerated the price at 250 (May 11th) Morgan Stanley 250 (May 12th) and Jefferies 230 on (June 18) there has been no news except for the exiting China. One has to admit that the price having gone to 193 shortly after the 2nd rating in May that the market does agree with RBC & Morgan Stanley but because of lack of clarity by way of late reporting (5 — 8 weeks) as long as the company doesn’t disappoint to the extreme the share price will rise considerably once an update has been reported.
All we have is “In all probability”
So for what it’s worth I believe clothing retailing is struggling because they’re changing rooms are closed, you can buy clothes in the shop with the changing rooms closed but it’s handicapping the sales.
For what it’s worth, I believe that “in all probability” when Superdry report the share will rise considerably.
That’s as clear as we can get, you can’t say I’ll put the family farm on it because you might be disappointed.
It takes a bit of patience.
