I would say the APC.
That then begs the question as to how will the dual presentation to the APC be effected.
Lindy would want a solution that is as future proof as possible I.e. she can change the mode of delivery without changing SCIB2.

There are active and passive types of nano vesicles.
This company at least can provide either.
They can also provide off the shelf solutions or tailored solutions.

I would say it was more likely that the vesicles are tailored for the drug rather than the other way round.
I would say Lindy would go for a tailored active solution.

That's exactly why I think the FDA are being a little too fussy.
We have a trial involving an approved product (Keytruda) and a product that has already had a successful phase1/2 trial plus a delivery method already approved in Europe.

The market has overreacted whatever the delay turns out to be. A great buying opportunity has presented itself IMHO

As I said before, expect delays.

It just illustrates just how complex and ingenious the immune system is. There is even a mechanism to put a break on the activation process before it gets out of hand.
Lindy has two great talents
1 the ability to choose targets on the cancer that do not normally occur on healthy cells
2 the ability to design a vaccine that can attach to APCs and cause this activation to take place.

Scib1 has already gone through a very successful phase1/2 trial without a CI. So the combo trial with the CI Keytruda should be very interesting. Merck, the makers of Keytruda have said recently that they are still awaiting a successful combo trial despite many attempts by many companies.

In addition, scib1 has already been shown to have a memory affect in humans. This is the immune process that creates long living memory tcells that are instrumental in the immune system mounting attacks should the tumors reappear. So the body can defend itself against the cancer without further application of Scib1. These memory tcells can live for up to 10 years.
CIs do not have this memory capability

So a single tcell can bind multiple times to the same cancer cell. Presumably this makes the binding much stronger. A bit like 3 tentacles attached at the same time. I'm just a intrigued by JC's comment that Modi1 could cure 100 percent of sarcoma patients. Perhaps sarcoma expresses the 3 epitopes the most of the 3 cancers.

Hi Wild, A question for you or anyone. With modi1 having 3 targets, would it be possible for a tcell activated by modi1 to actually bind to all 3 targets on the same cancer cell. I can see no reason why not.

Very few scientists can make the advances that Lindy has made. However, it does not take an Einstein to understand it or to appreciate it. Lindy combines choice of target and design of methods of exploiting those targets. To do this effectively, she needs an in depth knowledge of many aspects of her chosen field. She knows more than the vast majority of her peers. Add in a dash of inspiration and the breakthroughs happen.
