Ruck For me, I use Inan's posts as a starting point. I also read the articles from the links he posts. I then read around the subject by finding more relevant articles. I also re-read relevant sections of Scancell's website. I found it hard work at first and there were many sentences that I didn't have a clue about the subject, the object and the verb. Gradually it started to make sense. I am so glad I made the effort for 2 reasons 1) it helps to validate my investment 2) it is really interesting So no, I don't care what qualifications inan has or has not.

I for one have benefited from Inan's posts on the science. He has obviously spent a lot of time learning and understanding it. I don't care what qualifications he has or has not.

You try the vaccine that is most likely to zap the cancer based on the readily available evidence.
If that does not work you go into much more detailed diagnosis using techniques that some of the big pharmas are developing including Roche.
This should give the combination of vaccines that should work for this patient or whether to resort to TCR technology.
