IMO an RNS on the US patent will have a purely temporary effect on the SP.
This is looking at previous patent grants.
However, definitely a step in the right direction. The US grant was the big one.

All we can say is that the answers to the FDA questions have been submitted.
We don't know the latest FDA response

So possibly the number of patients was too small for a parametric test (which is more powerful).
But it doesn't say whether a non-parametric test was used because the data was not normally distributed or the sample was too small or worst of all both.

Yes, but as I understand it, a MAB directly attaches to a tumour cell protein not an APC.
In Immunobody it is the activated CD8 that attaches itself and the activation takes place at the APC.
What am I missing?

Well with Adrian, it might just be that with the Modi1 production problem, they felt they needed more experience in this area. SCIB2 is also likely to be difficult to manufacture with so many targets. Then they may also be looking ahead to Modi2 - potentially another difficult vaccine to make.
I would say there is a likely need there and perhaps also necessity.

With Sam perhaps the TCR experience is key.
But I would also say her experience in leading teams of researchers is important.
Again need and/or necessity.

IMHO, I don't think succession is likely. But that's just my opinion.

Originally the CTA was due to be submitted late 2018 and the trial started H1 2019.
With the delay in manufacturing, from memory, at the AGM it was stated start in 2019.
But it wasn't stated when in 2019.
So I don't think we have an accurate timetable at present.

I'd love to know what actually prompted recruiting these 2 experienced scientists now.
Was it a specific event or just a general air of confidence?

But the Modi1 trial has not been sacrificed.
It has been delayed due to the manufacturing problems which may well have been solved now.

Yes, I can understand that. Buy up the opposition.
But has anyone done a comparison of the 2 systems?
Is Homesend markedly better than EPO's systems?
Is there any chance the Mastercard would ditch Homesend in favour of EPO's system?
