The thing that really irritates is the net 0 is a lie, the co2 nonsense is definitely not based on science but corrupted science paid for by elites to drive a political agenda, there is no link to climate change the climate has always changed over time, the thing that amused me is that commercial growers pump co2 in their green houses at 1200ppm for stinger more pest resistant plants greater yields and increased drought resistance.

Co2 is beneficial to life on earth and the true scientists will tell you we have a dearth of co2 at just over 400ppm all life on earth stops 120ppm plus ice records show we have had far greater levels into the 1000s in our past history.

I will go further and say it is only because of increasing co2 levels that agricultural yields in recent years have increased to record levels and this has lead to food surpluses.

The fact main stream media and our politicians follow this directive shows how deep the corruption runs.

Unlike some Supreme Courts in other parts of the world, the UK Supreme Court does not have the power to 'strike down' legislation passed by the UK Parliament. It is the Court's role to interpret the law and develop it where necessary, rather than formulate public policy.

My understanding from the above is that we have a fancy name for a talking shop

with parliament holding the ultimate upper hand because they can make and change the laws.

But I do know for sure the changes made back in the day were for EU rules to not to infringe our constitution hence the Law Lords went

So is it also fair to say these costs are not imminent and I don't see any decommissioning on the horizon for a number of years yet, and some may well get extended further out if opportunities on the fields materialise.

I get going private is only one one possibility out of several possible outcomes all I can suggest is if this possibility makes you lose sleep then move on, if it does happen smaller shareholders here are not going to be able to stop it.

Maybe if we get an overseas acquisition increase the mcap then a main market move might change perception, things always change hopefully for us more positively than they have been.

However it's my understanding the Supreme Court can only offer an opinion it is not law, this is because Tony Blair brought the court in to replace the Law Lords whose decisions were law, this was so ultimately the EU would be able to dictate our laws and we would obey.

So any real decision will be made by parliament, I suppose you could say it looks bad from if you against the Supreme Court in reality you can.

I here a lot about Sqz being taken private but my mind says what about the other 75% or so who would have to along with this scheme, or a significant swing to support it.

So for that reason I don't think it's going to happen or enough shareholders with clout to back this idea, anyway that's what I hope because if it did go private it would be a disaster for us.

Shares in treasury can always be sold back into the market if the shares price rises, or if you have enough shares in treasury they can be offered as part of deal in a acquisition.

So yes I see shares in treasury as a plus to just throwing the cash away as I have seen it done many times for no gain, then further down the line the company ends ends up increasing their borrowing makes no sense to me.

Yes it is a reassuring update that all is progressing well JSE has been punished heavily for past decisions, with the investment in this gas project compounding the hit to the cash reserves they once had, hopefully now we can start on the path to a stronger balance sheet and an uptick in the sp with management regaining some of their lost reputation.
