I am intrigued what it is about this company that make anyone think it is a sound investment. Look at Tech Market View, or Megabuyte - both commerical research and tech commentators who have tracked it since flotation. Look at the balance sheet, look at the scale of losses versus revenues, look at the equity raises. Look at just how long they have been peddling the big idea which even Kelly in his opening message acknowledged was no longer unique. Then think about what it must be like to try and sell to the "elephant" clients right now, when you probably have a D&B credit rating that wouldnt allow you to lease a coffee machine and prospects know the company is running out of cash. Any big company procurement function would eat you for breakfast commercially and even then it takes years.. The share price last year was built on fraudulent invoicing and questionable releases of information - which the FSA are investigating - again detailed in the annual report as an unquantifyable risk exposure. None of this is speculation - it's all in the public domain. I'm just genuinely perplexd what makes this appealing as investment - I must be missing something.

This is a company which has burned £200m of shareholders cash since floating in 2012 and has flatlined throughout. The recent annual report shows that all the real revenue last year came from their legacy product .. Their only skill was relentless puff dragging in retail punters .. Any comparatives with other solid UK tech stock says it is wildly overpriced even at todays price. The recent raise won’t keep the company alive for more than 6 months so expect another raise about early October on the basis of ‘ uncontracted but hugely exciting potential’. Without too much parody .. this is a dead parrot - and its track record tells everything. The only winners so far have been the founders and now a ‘head he wins big and tails he only wins a little’ new CEO. Sorry, but smell the coffee..
