Why have the insiders been selling?

It would be nice if some board members demonstrated confidence by a hefty purchase.

Today's Corporate action note in my inbox says 94.55% have accepted. Still in two minds as to cash in or take a principled stance and accept that I might lose all!

Defence spending is up in the US and EU. Concurrent will benefit from this.

I just noticed that Nigerian Nira has been falling against £ of the past 4 days. This could also explain the share price fall. One definitely for the long term. Could be a Private Equity target.

UDF, if this is fraud (possibly), then where are the NCA, SFO, FCA or the City of London Police. I am not naive enough to think that the law is applied fairly to all in our society but surely the Bloomberg allegation doesn't do any good for the City of London's reputation at a time when they are trying to attract new companies to the City.

Pavel and his family are charged with fraud. True, they are innocent till proven guilty. I am also sure that their condition in jail is no worse than hundreds of other Russians charged with financial or criminal offences. Enough said.

If the deal is so bad that a private investor can spot, surely the big shareholders can see it too? How come majority are on board? This decision wouldn't have been made without their approval. I think that this is not the last we're hearing of IRC.

KRSS, stocks have weathered higher yields much better than gold to date. Higher spending does not necessarily bode well for the gold price, at least in the short term.

Rusty, bringing in his trusted team with him is a shrewd move and surely the fastest way for getting results. Don't we all want that now that the new board is in? This is particularly so, in view of the alleged intransigence and lack of cooperation by some top/middle managers.

UDF, how can strengthening dollar and 10 Year yields be any good for gold? If the wheels come off the market, the gold price will follow all other stock down - at least initially!
