NTVO has a current number of employees numbering 4. So having a social media anything is pushing it. As for the dial in or webinar that is a bit poor we have that our village community meetings.

The rebuff of purely questions on the votes on shares is again very stale.

The purpose of the GM is to seek authority to allot shares and disapply pre-emption rights for two purposes. So basically a vote regarding the issuing of shares.

It does give a free platform to for the company to issue news on what is actually on the survey or mining restart but it isn't listed as a point of order. So IMO it wouldn't surprise me if they didn't open up on any progress. If this turns out to be the case I would expect no news would be seen in a negative context and the SP would take a hit. The slight drops over the last couple of days may be already building the expectations of no news.

I still feel NTVO is a shell, but I'm listening more intently. Maybe it's wind.

As I've said before I have no hands on knowledge of gold mining, but since the change in direction it has sparked a more in depth interest. This has spawned an interest in both the physical aspects of mining for gold as well gold mining in Peru.

What NTVO is doing almost anyone could do. So why should you invest here? What do they have going for them? Is it really just because they are an AIM listed company with a bucket of shareholders?

What assets do they have? Are they really producing enough to warrant enough investment? On paper you would say yes. (leaving the debt out of the argument as it doesn't appear to have any relevance to the short or medium prospects)

The cost of sales has a big part to play in any young company. Salaries being the largest it would appear. There will be the costs for the mine survey and plans before any mining restarts. The cost of the extraction works may well be on pare with the BODs salaries. Ore processing and transport should be covered by ways of a percentage of the gold extracted after a minimum charge has been met. This will be for the mine that's already on the gold , the other still has prep works as I recall.

So as an investor it should be a fairly straight forward risk of do the extract enough gold? The other risk is the amount of shares steadily increasing so their stake gets smaller and smaller or the SP stagnates or reduces.

So that's my view of things if the company works with what assets it has. But there's the idea of a gold processing plant. This will cost money which I guess will mean more shares and longer before the get into profit. Adding more tailings or non producing mines just adds to costs and again a longer wait until there is a profit.

So there is the risk and reward in black and white. Leave the noise of the debt out of it, forget the history of the company and hope they don't start running before they can crawl.

Or look else where. For me I'm just intrigued as to where this will go. I can drown out the noise of the multi baggers and rockets to the moon.

Direct speech gives the actual words that a speaker used. It is common in novels and other writing where the actual words of a speaker are quoted. The words spoken are enclosed in single or double quotation marks.

What you are trying to say gets lost in a cacophony of words and statements. Maybe better for you to use bullet points instead.

It's good to have a very level headed person on this board. Having thoughtful posts negate the knee jerk and toxic mud slinging posts that goes on.

I have no experience in mining for gold. I have had some exposure to opencast mining which only shares the word mining with regards to this BB.

I have worked in similar countries where crime and product extraction are unhappy bedfellows even for the multinational companies. Not just onsite but during transportation of the product from site to processing. This requires multi layers of security of site personnel and transportation. Simples when the operation is low key, but here it's all out in the open regards to sales figures and fairly easy to work out when the next shipment is due for processing. So with regards of the company their security arrangements will be kept under wraps. Hidden away in Admin costs I'm afraid Stevie80y. But it will not be cheap.

We've had the addition to the 3, and 5% club (now reduced of course with the new shares) and the New institutional investor. All good fist bumps. The rains naa they can't use that again surely.

If they do stumble over gold then security becomes a big issue. The fact that it will be plastered all over LSE and the tinternet will not protect the find or the miners.

It is indeed a small raise. Too small to really do anything with but big enough to keep the an interest in the story.

As NTVO (who was called Echo) has very little concern in the number of shares they issue. Pre consolidation there was 75 billion. Post consolidation there was 50 million. Within a year that has 7 baggered to 362 million. Impressive

The survey news and mine plan will quickly wash away (not the roads) the thoughts of dilution.

The news we all know already will be positive. But we all know already that this investment won't be enough for the new plan. But the plan will brush away the fact they have mined very little to no gold as yet.

But the churn in shares will allow these discounts to be cashed in. How else are these guys going to get make some cash. This isn't a charity.

KBC are owned by Peel Hunt who already have sticky fingers in this putrid pie. So easy enough to say NEW.

But Dicky Edwards is in the same boat as the rest his holding takes a bit of a kicking too.
