The funds will be used to carry out the survey works and the mine plan. These we will not see as I've said before this is an easy way to get money back out of a company when what is given in return are sheets of paper with workings and figures on. Very hard to disprove they are real and with the true costs (if Any) being hidden away within the company providing the survey data an plan. All there is to see is a bill and a payment. No hard asset for your money. Remember this has already been surveyed.

Sounds cynical but I've seen it before.

Like all reviews you only hear about the best and the worst cases. You have to remember these guys pretty much make money out of them all.

Just like interest free loans. They make most of their money out of the fees they make when things need to be changed or lets say aren't going. They will keep this alive within their own risk rewards matrix then move it alone.

Investment bank that I've worked under were there not because of a failing business but during a transition where there was a seller but no buyer at the then current ask. So buy squeeze it tight sell of parts then sell at the ask but selling a slimed down version. Generally they aren't in it for the long haul. But they aren't fun to work with or under.

Interesting couple of weeks passed and the next few here.

I still have my mind firmly fixed on this being a Lifestyle Wallet. But saying that the script has a couple of interesting new characters, Dicky Teddy not being one. I have been owned by a few Investment bankers over the years, manly covering on company. None made a good go of taking the helm with getting CAPEX approved being almost impossible. This stunted the companies growth and potential over these years when a lot of good senior employees due to the cash constraints.

It will be an interesting watch.

It does feel like yet another false start.

You have to admit to yourself these new finances are no big deals and are miniscule in comparison to the already used up 10,000,000 in lone bonds. Which have already been hosed against the wall, all be it under the old name.

I have no doubt that in the end these votes will pass , someone is as sure as hell are making their feelings known. And by doing so is letting the BoDs know they are on the clock. They are in this to make money and they are now having to work for it and it's also taking way longer than agreed.

These other new investors are also in it to make money but are just about to see their new holdings being halfed in the space of a few weeks.

All this and not a spade in the ground.

I've no great thoughts on it either way. They told the world they had an investor in the bag so no real surprises. But I'm pretty sure it was meant to fall on the back of a stonking positive vote, which should have made a 20-30% jump in the SP. But someone farted in the lift.

Again all talk about moving figures around spreadsheets. The ducks were ment to fall in a row but haven't. Now they have a loaded gun to their heads because as the back up plan.

In my view a carefully planned move has been left exposed. Using threats futher weakens what they were trying to do.

They need the resolved quickly or a new CEO will be needed as this is a big F up.

The problem is they might have to reveal these plans the mentioned in the RNS. Once revealed they become accountable and it will be in black and white which they are clearly try very hard to avoid.

Can they have a revote purely on Res 2 to try and get 75%?
