Just been having a look in sun resources (ASX) and found that DrJ is also Chairman in a company called Petroz LTD which has been bought by Dempsey Minerals, deal to go through if DrJ appointed to Petroz board which is what has happened. This company is unlisted and in the same game as GWIK. Could this be a vehicle for RTO? Not much mentioned on website so could be a shell. Not quite sure on how merger/RTO could work. Petroz hold field licences in Turkey (Alasehir and Sarikiz). Anyone think a possibility?

An Mcap of $400M would give us 11.36pps or about 190 bagger. This is never going to happen through an IPO imo and would take a considerable amount of time to get there. I personally would be happy with a 5 bagger for now

Giving up so easy??? There is a long way to go (over 5 months) and Dr. J and Amanda are only just on board. They aren't going to risk their reputation over GWIK If there was any doubt. They have to put this into an RNS otherwise you would get people asking why we are still suspended. We will stay that way until it is a closed deal IMO. Why would they risk £1.1M as this is no guarantee of a return unless GWIK are RTO'd. For instance, say i3 didn't utilise money in the right way and wasted it, their names would be mud. It ain't happening as they are involved in every little detail probably even down to exactly where the investment money is going through i3

The problem I have is this...if GWIK gave their cash to i3 just as an asset/money making scheme, would it even make any money before the 6 month deadline? I suggest not, even with a proposed value of $400M. Therefore I think it is either a sweetener by GWIK to prove they mean business with GWIK making cash long term or, more likely that its part of an RTO deal. Not checked yet but do i3energy have any side businesses/split business companies associated by which GWIK can RTO?

I can only see positives in this. GWIK still have over 5 months to do a RTO and they are already pulling out deals like this one. If BOD have used up the current capital already then I can only think that a deal for RTO is already in the pipeline, maybe using I3 asset as a bargaining tool. News flow will play major factor in next couple of months. PIs are already starting to see this good news so soon

Buy on rumour, sell on news. RNS didn't quite work here and people got spiked big time, not so much a p + d, if RNS been positive this would have been a good buy. Looks like resident deramper is stuck here so I am going to put a buy order in for 1.5p. Genuinely sorry for all the other people that have lost hard earned cash. Draft I know you can and do hold long so GL. LTH can and will do well here.

Genghis15 I take your point about BB being ARG Discussion, but while there is not a market open and the general BB is dead at the weekend I wanted to reach out for people's help.
