I dont agree, people need to know not to invest in this company that was hailed as a top AIM company and CEO only 5/6 yrs ago with lots of promise. Unfortunately that promise has turned to lies, deceit and constant capitulation of the SP.
I would like to say a lot more and I would to his face. FCA intervention IS needed here and unfortunately I would like to see him lose everything and serve a prison sentence, if not for wrongdoing then reckless and incompetent behaviour

Should be held accountable for all of this. He was the one who refused to listen to shareholders by buying blocks of wood, a group of stones, a couple of holes in the ground and some Bonzai trees. Yes we are accountable for investing, yes shares can go down as well as up, but this company hasnt gone up by any sort of reason due to incompetence. GR has failed repeatedly to give shareholder value and has not told shareholders details of things that should be made public. I.e Yearly audit, late if you get one at all, selling of assets that no one knows. Entering into financial agreements with loan sharks, the list is endless. He should not be allowed near a business again. I for one wont put ANY money whereby he is involved, even if he is only a small shareholder

Doesn't work that way CF, just because GR has allowed them to pay PREM in tiddlywinks doesn't mean the banks will. You should know this, especially with your vast knowledge of GR

Looking in, would you go into business with PREM? They dont do accounts, they dont do news, what they do is depress the SP by giving away shares like confetti. Had I known what GR was like 5-6 yrs ago, I wouldnt have invested a penny here, unfortunately it was my mistake and my money, and therefore my own fault. If I was a company looking in, I would be keeping well away from this and anything associated with PREM

But the other drilling contractors must have been worse and therefore only under 8B until GR can get another company to give PREM £100k for about 1B shares

The news of PREM getting $6M and doing anything decent with it was short. No dates, no times, no meetings. Just another indication that the cheque is in the post. Maybe GR wanted to get a placing away, well he'll have to do it at a lower price than first thought

That PREM have been given the $6M but we don't know when, even though NIEEF actually owed PREM about £25M. Well done GR, another great bit of business. He obviously watched a lot of Cheech and Chong in his earlier years as everything he touches go "Up In Smoke"

Saying that money had been signed off. Now the cynic in me says if this was true then it would have to be RNS'd prior to releasing via email

Feel sorry for Charlie1984, we've been here since the start along with Fatsuperman. I am pretty sure Charlie has more invested here than me but nevertheless, I had a hefty sum in here too which I have seen dwindle massively (0.87p average). Poor company decision making allowed me to make a conscious decision not to invest any more cash, to which I think has been justified. I have written this money off as I truly don't believe even a $6M cash injection would be able to move PREM forward. It would be spent on the black sheep of the company RHA and wasted away like so much of this companies shareholders investments. LTHs here will never get their money back from PREM IMO

Smilemore I have to love your optimism. GR has been working on these shafts, horizontal, vertical, diagonal and even zig zag for many a year. In fact, he must have an OCD about the way its constructed as he apparently keeps changing it. Let's face it, RHA is just a muddy pit as that's about how much money RHA will make from it after spending about $30M on it. As Dr Jekyll put it, we are not just underwater, we are drowning at the expense of GR champagne lifestyle

That GR has HBR and KME ready to buy? I personally think he has "held talks" with them by phone and said they may be interested and hasn't actually got the deal signed, sealed and delivered. GR has a nasty habit of saying one thing and meaning another, it must be a language barrier or something. Anyone who thought having CIRCUM as security must be crazy, one way or another we as shareholders wont see any value from that whatsoever
