Indeed, I think it was Malcy that introduced me to the car crash that was Sound Energy years back, seem to remember him quoting £5 a share! I chose HUR myself though so no one else to blame....

Terrible news about Mr Platt, I've met him a couple of times and he was a gent, and very enthusiastic about HUR's potential. I still think he was right and this will come very very good.

Why would there be buyers? Maybe because the worlds longest farm out might finally be completed in the next week or so.....

Hard to believe after all these years its come down to this.....place your bets folks red or black.

He replied to someone on twitter asking about the extension and whether he thinks the completion of farm out is imminent (or is he going crazy after all these years holding aminex):

"No, I don’t think you’ve gone mad but I couldn’t blame you if you had after all this time. In fact even I nearly lost my patience on more than one occasion!"

Happy to be proved wrong, I expected more of a sell off. Well and truely fed up of Tanzania and the blatant corruption and incompetence that goes with doing business there, I don't think our BOD have handled it very well either. Hard to believe it'll of taken nearly 2.5 years to complete the farm out if it goes through....
As you say whats another two weeks.....hopefully its not another two weeks of radio silence from the company followed by another out of hours RNS with bad news.

How long has it been since this farm out was announced? Approx 28 months by my maths....and the way things are going we'll end up with nothing. The BOD (and the last) are being repeatedly mugged off and bled dry....

Ha ha not the best strategy if you've been doing that since 20p. What a shambles of a company this turned out to be.

Its hard to claim that RHA tailings, EPO etc are all positives, we've been waiting like 9 months for the apparently guaranteed EPO, and waiting for literally years for RHA to do produce a profit. This is rapidly decending into farce again with GR at the helm and the share cap increased - he cannot be trusted, that's why the market is reacting as it has, he is useless.

We need concrete positive news, not more waffle and jam tomorrow.

ffs how may years in a row is that GR has failed to do the accounts? He is such a bloody shambles!

Really thought there would be news this, looking like nothing has changed here...at least the BOD won't be getting any undeserved bonuses again, long way to go to 1.5p.

The non-action group have yet to call anything correctly, GR keeps claiming jam tomorrow and they believe him. I'm sure he'll do another webinar for them soon and promise the world before another placing to pay off some of prems debts (i.e. more cash or shares for his trust fund). I think this week could finally be the week I accept the losses here and move on, less than 50% down at present and can't see the situation improving any time soon - the EPO has been imminent for what 9 months now? GR is full of it.

Anyone else getting a sense of Deja Vu?? Same old GR, nothing has changed here in years. He must of known Cicrcum was delayed another year or so, how much dilution have we had because of Circum? And now he's done the same with MNH....diluting shareholders even more for very little.

That action group must feel pretty bloody stupid at the moment, they've achieved even less than he has and he's made them look like even bigger fools than the rest of us investors...
