Well what did folk think of that? Went as expected really. Repeatedly said he has no thoughts to take prem private but then did say without the increased headroom in shares prem would struggle to continue? The manganese mine does look good assuming the presentation is correct, sounds like the loan is a way to make a little cash and build a relationship, especially with the new board members. I was a bit confused about what he said regarding the short term loan that was secured against some circum shares, did he say they want to convert that to prem shares or how does that work?
Sounds like AGM RNS will be issued next week. Also NIEF meeting next Tuesday and a meeting with minister of mines has been postponed till the 23rd.
Glad we've got funding while we wait longer, just hope we can take the fact that their is a circum connection is a good sign and and not the start of an asset transfer, its a very short term loan and what happens if not 6 million or circum ipo in the next couple of months? Another convertible loan leveraged against more circum shares?
Yeah they took a pay cut but they're still on way too much for what they've delivered, i.e. sweet fa.
Duster after duster after duster followed by delay after delay, and lie after lie. Its the BOD that aren't fooling anyone any more, particularly the market. The share price is basically lower than it was 5 years ago, how much has their salary increased in that time? They have failed, and lied (sorry 'marketed') spectacularly along the way.
Another lesson learned on AIM, only plus is that this will follow JP for years and stop him swindling anyone else.
The balls on this shower of shit bod, some con as most of AIM, I had one stage been dumb enough to think they were different. What a joke. Just lining their pockets while they can. At least after this car crash ends JP will be known as the used car salesmen crook that he is. Written this off, clearly no one wants to buy dusterville or they'd let price rise before doing placing to cover their undeserved wages.
Not denying that, just stating that it could be the most wedgetastic wedge imaginable but it means nothing if Aminex don't get the government approval. The only reason for the wedge is because the 'transformational' farm out was announced over a year ago and shareholders are still waiting...
Surely the charts are meaningless in situations like this? The longer the wait the more the share price will drop, we'll get a recovery in the share price when the government signs off and the farm out is completed etc. People have been trying to call the bottom every month over the last year plus since the farm out was announced.
Circum has been dangled for years, it's the opposite of an insurance policy. GR has spunked all our cash up the wall and we've achieved hee haw over the last 2 years, PREM is and has been the laughing stock of AIM for years and that's saying something. He's just going to continue milking this company for all he can, as has been said many times before he's either a crook or a very rich incompetent ceo. The sooner he goes the better, but he's played a blinder in that we have no money to pay a replacement.....hes a useless scumbag and I wish him nothing but the worst of luck!
Still clear as mud as to what the heck is going on with KN1 I see....
Good to see they're cutting costs while the snoozefest continues, tempted to have another punt here but been burnt twice by the total lack of progress on anything.
Why have a fsc if in negotiations? Just get the deal done! We're most likely now going to have a red day from people buying in anticipation of news and an angry fsc full of questions they can't or won't answer. Pointless.
Assuming this was posted, I missed it so posting again for anyone else...
