Why would Elevra want to block optimisation release, and can they actually do that?

As far as I am aware, Elevra will lose the 22.5% they have earned if they dont stump up with the 70mUSD - this was recently discussed?

Looking at some of the raw facts, there is plenty to expect: this is one of the lowest cost spodumene projects in the world (presently producing or for future producto), one of the readiest projects to take into production worldwide, one of the cheapest CAPEX, on a market about to take off and with Trump giving that same markey a little extra push 😀 even NH and AH are unable to blow it 😀

I’m also very frustrated by the lack of updates this week. However, in my view, it’s still early days following ratification. Given the strong resistance in Ghana around securing a better national deal, I think it’s sensible to let things settle before releasing an improved DFS or any further announcements.

Regarding funding the mine build without Elevra's support, you would think that ALL's exec had plenty of time to put together a plan A (with Elevra) and a Plan B (without Elevra) to meet funding requirements?

They have had plenty of time to work on different options for FID

I am starting to believe that this is a cursed stock...price drop in ratification, seriously?

I think that the update on work done to bring down the production price will be very exciting.

This has been kept unknown with the main purpose of not causing any more stir in Ghana prior to ratification.

I reckon production price will be brought down from $675 to $575 - remember that it has already been announced that roduction costs from Y1 to Y3 will be significantly below the previous estimates and royalties on spodumene price up to $1500 have dropped down from 10% to 5%.....

That announcement is going to be massive!

I'm still in denial that i no longer will have to watch any more episodes of soap opera/sitcom AKA sessions of the Ghanaian Parliament!
