Hull i'm sure you have already seen but for others, on the first link where you see Danny's mugshot there is also a link to the agenda which also shows Danny listed along side other speakers to talk about alternative asset classes. It seems they had an hours slot to discuss this topic between them.

Well done Hull thanks for sharing. I was sniffing around Kushners companies and came across Oakhurst but hadn't linked that to Danny. Nice one. This is very positive news.

Any thoughts on this scenario. Previously Ophidian took the view which was shared by some others and he was pretty confident that the MM's were short 'X' million shares through his accumulation and distribution calculations (let's give these the benefit of the doubt and assume this was correct) but we saw a lot of buying in anticipation for news which moved us much higher very quickly. I believe the view from some was that the MM's were still short and would be feeling the pain after the sudden rise. Therefore isn't one possible explanation here is that MMs have been trying to dig themselves out of this pre news by selling at the higher levels pre news ( we know they can naked short sell something that would be useful if they were stuck in a short much lower down) and these selling volumes could well be related to their games here? This is speculation and i have made some assumptions. Open to differing views on this.

Greenspan i'm very comfortable with all my investments and the risk reward they present otherwise i wouldn't be in them . All you need to worry about is your own. Wasting your time on this board as you have done these last 24hours is like talking to a stranger in the streets, why bother? Don't you have something remotely more interesting to waste your life on? Greenspan serious question, why would you bother suddenly appearing on this board to write positive or negative posts and waste minutes of your life if you feel that strongly this is a waste of time? I find this most odd. Why do you feel the urge to do this i'm interested to know.

Regardless on whether there is an RNS today or not the communication is poor in my view here is why

1. RCF RNS in December. Why was this sent out when no deal had actually been done? It didn’t help it had a massive number on it either!

2. Twitter has InCider saying RNS logged. He has been correct before on TR1 but you have to wonder how anyone would know unless they are related to the TR1 holder or the company. If the latter this is a problem is it not. (Let’s see what happens today)

3. Bullish comments on this board allegedly confirmed or responded to by the company but not shared with the group under the ‘DYOR’ caveat should surely be considered as P&D Otherwise either divulge the facts or hold the comments until things play out. Transparency is key

4. If the company are responding to emails from investors confirming or not denying possible deals surely this is price sensitive information and needs to be released to the market immediately. It’s hard to defend if that is what is happening but it seems to me there could be leaks and an RNS with a deal today or next week will confirm if I’m correct here. People often highlight GS hasn’t replied to their emails so if someone had found something out and emailed him the least compromising thing for him to do is ignore the email which would align to responsibilities to all shareholders.

5. End of June / early July to me implies a few days either side not 2 weeks between the two again this is misleading and doesn’t help. You are either in control of this timing or not. 10 July suggests possible not. Managing expectations is key here and the last 6 months has been disappointing. Release an RNS when your ready to, say nothing in the meantime and over deliver.

6. In my view we are at the C stage of ABC. Closing closing closing GS. I expect multiple deals in the coming weeks and months or I fear credibility will suffer and begging bowl will be out...

That’s the reality how I see it. Still not sold any but hope positive change is on the way pronto. Good luck.

Bots in reference to my last comment i agree with you comments but it seems apparent (when considering others posting comments recently) some people have had cash invested in this a long time, at higher levels and perhaps not averaged down or been unable to do so. Therefore some were clearly underwater and given the lack of deals being confirmed in recent months and only the constant speculation the recent rise rise might have led some to move on into the next dead cert. Their choice and only my thoughts to offer another explanation to some selling recently. Hopefully this will march on and we get some deals over the line at last.

Hopefully Raaydar, strong am then the price came off. Perhaps some selling due to de-risking as i think from some comments over time many have been underwater from 4.5 and below so 2.5 possible breakeven for some. Just a thought. Hopefully positive news soon and we can move higher.

Euclid - My understanding was the word hybrid was specifically referencing 'bond/equity MIXED fund'. In one of the RNS / interviews i forget which importantly this was confirmed and separate debt or equity funds were still very much on the agenda. Would you agree? Happy to be corrected.

Thanks Serge was just curious as considering my options on that front. There are a few other DMA providers but as you say can be expensive. LSE L2 and RNS is patchy but cheap.

Hi All, I have been a holder in this for over 5+ years. What are peoples views on lag time from the point of order to the manufacture and delivery of another system? This will be key but it seems everything takes so long and i suspect these will take time so i wanted to better understand that. The funding is a positive but we have seen a lot of these if you have been around for as long as i have so its disappointing there was no further technical details just vague comments we already knew. It's time to deliver!

@Giles sorry to hear you are stranded here but at least the weather has been generally very good but i'm sure a screaming 1yr old has its moments! Spain has had a rough time as well so hard to know where is less risky but home is home. Appreciate you sharing your thoughts re the future. Let's hope the next round of news is significantly positive and we can move forward.

@Giles - thanks what you said makes sense and much of this is finger in the air job at the moment until it becomes more established. Out of interest are you holding out for a particular exit price if so what minimum price/region? and what timeframe do you think is required for that or just prepared to play the long game?
