Thanks Giles, I was going through the prospectus last night and saw this as well. Good to see Mark Ward participating in the placing (do we know anymore about him yet other than having a large stake in another company someone highlighted in the board).

As a large shareholder for a long time have you had the opportunity to Be declared on the inside and therefore participate in the placing of you choose to?

To partly answer one of my earlier questions in the prospectus I notice it says Page 30 ‘ The Company expects portfolios which it is involved in assessing are likely to range in value from $5m to up to $150m. For larger portfolios, fees will be charged on a negotiated fixed fee basis. Additionally, in certain situations, there will also be a performance fee due to the Company being a percentage of an agreed excess return over a specified hurdle rate. Asset sourcing and acquisition will be charged on a fixed percentage (subject to a minimum payment) of the acquisition value of the relevant portfolio.

Yajnas, thanks for sharing your thoughts always good to have another view based on your experience. Giles kindly confirmed the %’s. Hopefully they don’t get squeezed on these but it’s a current trade off to get the deals over the line.

Giles did GS ever indicate in discussions with you the size of possible deals on the upper end of things? I’m just wondering how long it might take to build say 250-500 AUM based off indicated deal sizes in any comms you might have had. Previously i believe it was discussed on here the RCF of 100mm could be recycled 4 times in a year. What are your thoughts?

Yajnas1 don’t forget about the performance fee as well. I think What was mentioned by Gobind was 20% of profits after a 7% hurdle rate has been met. I think management fee range was 1.5-2% from memory but might vary.

Given this is a minnow with a great opportunity in an uncorrelated asset class I think this has great potential and why I have taken a good stake. If what Graham said was right and a £20mm ticket is printed that will just be the start and right now that’s all we need to start the ball rolling after all the waiting. Why would they bother Targeting with an RCF of £100mm without demand for it. I think it’s just about lining the ducks up now and the placing although dilution means that’s one risk out the way and a reason I gobbled up more. They are also creating an offering not just based on a single product so they are adapting to meet investor requirements And taking note of the feedback. That should pay off going forward. Timing is everything. Any feedback based on your actuarial experience I’m sure would be welcomed here.

Hi Yajnas1 - The easy answer to that is pick your number. However given where we are at, the delays and reported nearly deals the only thing that matters now is increasing AUM. There has been a lot of talk of big numbers etc etc but until we get sight of RNS confirmed deals leading to AUM increases we are where we are right now. Building momentum will be key to how this plays out. Given the management and performance fee detail which has been referenced broadly speaking you can easily work out what a given AUM might translate to in the SP. Right now i would prefer not to share my further views on this as i want to see what size deal is done in the next news
assuming it happens as it is only positive news from the company that can help us now. Sitting on the fence perhaps but not going to rampy ramp mode like many do based on thin air. I have topped upped recently but it's up to Gobind and team now.

Hi Yajnas1 - was the 322k trade at 1.54 yours then? showing as a sale but price looks like a purchase. We are at the stage now where rumours need to be backed up by RNS as that is the only thing that counts now. Always Be Closing and we are missing the C currently. Still seeing reasonable sized sales going through so it will be interesting to see what TR1 changes we see in the coming weeks post placing shares next week.

Time will tell Raaydaar. I know we have had to be patient for a while now but I think we are genuinely getting closer to seeing progress. Then it will be about keeping the momentum. Only positive RNS's will do now. Time to deliver. I'm glad i didn't top up in the mid 2s the other week. Patience required.

Hi Raaydaar, not just yet but edging closer. I will wait to see what news the next update brings. Looking to hold for the longer term but the next few weeks and months are key to moving forward. Onwards!

Thanks for sharing Graham. Given the recent placing and the new shares 35.7mm due to come onto the market on the 7th a week today are you expecting a pull back in the SP? I assume this would be the case as usual unless they planned to drop some news before then to move higher. What are your/ anyone else’s thoughts. I have appetite for more at these levels and been accumulating over recent weeks but been patient recently (as we all have waiting for positive news)

Hi Giles, I hope you’re well and made it to Spain. Given the recent raise which I personally wasn’t surprised by given the delays to getting previously mentioned deals in the pipeline Over the line, what are your expectations as things stand? Which domino is first up?

I have been topping up at these levels but the board has been very quiet. No sign of Hull. Just ramping pre raise? Odd we haven’t seen him since if not. Hopefully September the company can demonstrate real progress. Have you had less comms with GS since Pello have come on the scene?

Hardly a surprise here but disappointed at the size £500k and discount of 17.6 % here at 1.4p!

Just topped up with two shapes 142k and 100k. The later showing as a sale @1.77 but it isn't.

Generally a positive week i think. I liked the fact there has been an RNS and multiple interviews with Proactive Investors which i think came across as positive. Still not quite at the C stage of ABC and closing the deals but time will tell. I remain optimistic but they have to deliver now. Enjoy your weekends

@Giles thanks, i just saw it as all positive he is referencing these arrows despite not entirely new in new interviews. It certainly feels like a lot has been going on in the background despite people's calls to slash his salary etc. Only an RNS will confirm but happy for him to pull the trigger when he is ready. Hi Giles - also to add to your points in the last paragraph it states 'We are also developing an insurance product that will cover the longevity risk of an investment in life settlements'. Is this linking back to the RCF possibly and the ongoing discussions with the UK financial institution?? If yes that sounds positive i.e it's still in play. Thoughts?
