Simon what is your expectation on SP post exploitation license?

There was mention of possible JV's with some of the other resources they have e.g Disko. Do you think that will happen prior to the exploitation license for Dundas?

any thoughts on the recent SP movement? Lack of news? Something else?

Board is pretty quiet so I thought I would revisit peoples thoughts on timelines for expected news flow? October was mentioned in Rods previous message for 4 key pieces of the puzzle but are we expecting any Disko action etc before then? Curious to see what peoples views are here and expected impact on share price. Thanks

To digress to something more useful. Has anyone had any recent comms with Pello? Given they are now the recommended go between GS and PIs it would be useful for people to share any feedback they have. If for example they are not coming back to PI questions etc it would be useful to know. I hadn't heard of them outside ALGW chatter.

Iwantthatone - yeah fair point and that will support the Regulatory aspects. What are your thoughts on the last point i made re machines 2 & 3. I'm curious to understand what others timeline is for this

The longer overdue technical RNS was a disappointment in my view as it was lacking detail including

1. No updated timelines
2. No mention of Harley Street after such a huge emphasis on it for years
3. Constant reminders that things are being delivered at Daresbury but not enough info on testing them.
4. Delivery of supporting equipment still required
5. A regurgitation of things we already know

I have raised this concern here before but if we are still unboxing last years Christmas present at Daresbury in September 2020, still have much testing to achieve there how long is it going to take to box the same device up move it to Harley Street unwrap it for the second time, recalibrate things and put it to use? Not to mention the regulatory approvals required to treat someone.

The company RNS's have been poor for a while and there is a lack of transparency and a lack of any reasonable timeframes. We need to know how long it is going to take to have all components attached, how much time testing at Daresbury is needed before moving to Harley street and how much time it will take to reassemble there before it can be used. As you can tell i'm frustrated today. I bought more a few weeks ago to lower my average again after being in this for 5+ years but the company continues to disappoint, burn through cash and without a working machine it threatens the financing and survival of the whole project as there is a lack of a working machine needed to boost prospective investor confidence to pay a deposit we need. Covid only goes so far it's not like on a normal day there are 20 people leaning over the machine working on it like an F1 car.

What is the current expectation from point of order to build completion on machine 2 and 3? I'm concerned that this too will be a very long time.

Only positive RNS are acceptable now. We have been 'tipped','ramped', 'tickled', 'messed about', 'exploited' many times before with people saying they have 'heard positive things from a source' and it hasn't materialised yet so it's worth people only paying attention to the RNS now.

Most investors will have already taken a position so they can ignore the smokescreens and rumour mill until any RNS. I suspect at least one tip will eventually be proved correct based on probability alone and as Booby Axelrod says a broken watch is right twice a day! Hopefully onwards and up from here. Time will tell.

Cminhinnett - what do you mean another raise? We have just done one. I'm not sure it's wise to conclude that on a few red trades some of which are buys. Remember only days ago this was 25% lower so people will be trading this and taking 25% profit. That i feel is a more reasonable explanation at this point. Obviously if you have any facts to back your comment up please share.

Raaydar i agree seeing confirmation Mark took part in the placing after his buying spree is encouraging. Do any of the new holders who took part in the placing ring any bells for anyone yet?

Hi Giles thanks that’s useful info and the nominees point is totally fair comment After all I’m part of those HL and II holdings. Out of interest what is your concern about Dennan? I assume he is disgruntled he got pushed out? The discount seemed bigger than necessary And I’m sure many of us would have added for less. Letting mates in on the cheap? It will be interesting to see what GS has to say about that to your email. Let us know if you get anything back. It appears Pello are going to act as go between GS and shareholders so he has less admin to do perhaps that’s why he hasn’t responded. That said given you are a large shareholder and have had open comms with him for months it would be seriously poor form if he blanked you now. Trust and transparency in his role are paramount and the goodwill is running out given the lack of deals closing. If he is found out to be paying lip service people will be up and away and he must know this. Next week should be interesting. I’m curious about Mr Ward given his level of investment here and I see it as a positive he bought more in the placing despite the obvious to reduce dilution. I think now is the time to hold a little longer to see what plays out In sept and Oct.

Thanks Bots, that was why I asked Giles if he has ever asked to be declared on the inside as a large shareholder. I know people who have on other securities and they get sight of placings etc and can participate. Most PI’s don’t get the opportunity as a rights issue costs more to do and on small caps it’s not advantageous. AUM and revenue needed for us to reduce the risk of discounted placings.

Hi Bots, I added those totals up as well and came to the same conclusion not a lot left to go around. I have accumulated over 4mm myself with an average at the current level now.

Out of interest based on your point to Potter are you one of the listed major shareholders? If so which one. Just joining the dots. Appreciate you might prefer not to divulge.
