@ASH only terminal patients have been on the P1A safety and tolerability trial to date. However that changes when the fortnightly dosing trial starts shortly. Therefore you would expect better outcomes as patients won't be so ill or heavily pretreated

@Bella and this patient was was dosed at 160mg/m2 a low dose vs C7. See slide for details. This is amazing.

Buenavista I'm sure they will have sight of the questions in advance and there will be hundreds of them. Previously the IMC person hosting asks the questions (likely agreed with management first) but the first one is always one that has just been answered in the session. It is usually wasted. As per JT let's hear management talk.

Greedo this Q&A point is a mute one for me. Every time we have an IM meeting we have the same option to submit questions. The reality being on the last few occasions we have only had about 10mins left of the hour session to cover 2-3 questions. They usually choose something already covered in the session or something easy to answer. Previously we did get a follow on response to all questions submitted but the last 2 occasions that hasn't materialised annoyingly. I have submitted some questions in the hope they get answered at some point but we simply don't have enough time to cover everyones questions tomorrow in an hours session.

CJ62 the answer to your question could be 'No' and still be very positive. Example...What if treatment was stopped because the tumour went away....Consider re-wording the question to illicit feedback on that aspect as well.

I recall you previously explaining the benefit of AVA6000 having a longer half life in the blood and therefore more likely to be activated by FAP at the TME. I therefore assume if you put another drug on the end instead of Dox you might also see it in the blood for longer than usual. This would be confirmation of another big USP for Precision. Please let me know your thoughts.

It is worth remembering that the second drill will be 400m shallower than Tai C therefore require less time to drill for those thinking about timelines at this stage.

Forrest there are exceptions and Keith is usually objective but you only have to look at the rubbish this am which is what I was essentially referencing. All you have to think about is if someone was a genuine holder, and given many are underwater at these levels why would you take to the keyboard to say negative things that are pure speculation and not based on fact that is likely to harm your investment? It is self harming sowing FUD because people can't be patient and wait for an RNS. It comes when it comes. I would rather they got to TD safely and then RNS'd. All for debate but I don't think it's a coincidence negative headers are deployed, regurgitated and the FUD starts from 'experts'.

I would seriously question any 'expert' comments on here that are overly negative and unsubstantiated as we approach TD and await an RNS. Ask your self this how would they know what is going on (regardless of prior experience elsewhere round the world) and what is their agenda? PL75 I'm aware of Q4 being the timeline that is why I said 'commit to a date'. The reason I said that is because when he does give us a date that becomes the focus and volumes should pick up in anticipation. What we don't want is a date mid Dec onwards when the City is quiet and people are away on holidays etc etc. End of Nov first week in Dec would be my preference especially as it isn't dependent on C7 completion which also means it can come sooner than that potentially. Maximum impact will be their plan.

RMFATGB / JT also worth remembering the IC50 numbers we saw presented at the AGM for the earlier cohorts. Some of these were way above the levels needed to kill cells across multiple indications. I wonder what these numbers looked like for C5, C6 and C7 at even higher doses. I guess we will soon see. Looking forward to AS committing to a date for the data readout.
