HL has a problem showing current prices for QBT and GST. Showing old prices. Do a dummy trade to get current price.
I'm putting a complaint into HL; if enough of us do that, they might act.

Looking at the chart, today's uptick has risen through the 50d & 200 MAs, breaking a line of resistance from April. Just need some news and this will be back to the upper 6s or even 7s. We know this rises quickly on quite small volumes.

Round-figure trades indicate a big player such as an institutional investor. They can't buy or sell huge tranches, so break it down into smaller trades, typically round numbers.

The buy button on someone's keyboard has jammed!

I forgot to add that a golden cross is forming on today's rise - yet another strong buy signal. Divhunter, I think you're right to hold for higher than 24.5, as I think we will see a re-rate here in the next couple of weeks.

Someone please explain: we have a good company here, which the market likes; it's been gradually expanding its good work, led by ambitious and competent management, who are seeking to add value for shareholders. The recent rises in share price have reflected that.
The fundamentals have not changed since yesterday - what has changed is that the company has announced another potential value-adding piece of news, and what happens? The share price plummets! One day, I may get to understand AIM...

Looking at the chart, great to see it gap up this morning through a line of resistance from September. Nicely above 50d & 200 MAs. Solid support at 19. Could re-test recent highs of 22 - 24. We know this rises quickly on quite low volume, so could see considerable upside soon.

No, and as I said, it captures some of his excitement. There's a general drop in standards of written English across the board, but there are some places where high standards should be maintained, especially in financial or legal documents where people's confidence in the writers is crucial.
(Btw - future tense for led is irrelevant - unless it should be leaded....)

Here's a few:
2nd paragraph: confuses 'lead' with 'led'; schoolboy error.
3rd para, comma after 'friction' doesn't make sense, as final sub-clause doesn't emerge from what's before.
7th para, comma after 'stage' should be full-stop, then new sentence.
And so on....- mainly stylistic errors which overall creates the feeling that the statement is rushed. Not what I'd expect from a formal doc which is going out to investors, the press and the wider financial community.
(Don't worry, I'm not going to sell on that basis....)

(It's a shame the RNS wasn't properly proof-read, though - makes it look a little amateurish).

Let's hope those who bought at 3.90 didn't get spiked. Let's see how the day unfolds....seems to be rallying.
