The Trust has agreed with Barclays to settle this liability on 25 October 2013 and in the meantime the Trust and Barclays are in advanced discussions in relation to financing this settlement and will report further once these discussions are concluded.

yes i believe they will have to inform the market as to the outcome of the hedging issue even if its not fully resolved, who knows its a gamble worth taking for me more upside than down

you wont see a large increase until this hedgeing issue is sorted but the expirey date is 16/10/2013 so before then i expect rns sooner rather than later.

all investments come with risk its how you assess the upside minus the downside then make a choice, i think alph has a great upside and a slight downside.

finally ive got through all the waffle they have to settle the hedge dirivatives by the 16th oct 2013 and its aprrox 31mil they are ing talks with finacial inst to solve this issue they seem to have aprrox 18 mill in cash and un mortgage property so they are about 13/14 mil short , im confident they will solve that problem they are way under the ltv covenant to be apllied in 2015 of 89.5% there 77% at tho moment this may rise with an hedgeing finance after 2015 the fixed reate of interest ends which is 5.26% so as long as low interests are maintained they may get a fix term lower deal .all in all im confident thaey will overcome thease issues and as soon as the hedges issue is put to bed the share price will rise signifcantly , so ill be adding some more knowing full well they have got to sort it out in the next six weeks.

i found the problems they face 38mil hedging charges due in oct and would need to refinance by 2015 , well someone needs to kick a-- and face up to the challenge .

im with you it a steal of a share price i bough 8000 ish it hasn,t shown as a buy i think ill just keep adding , i had a good read of the annual report last night and ok their is some work left to be done and he mentions a small piece about being able as a going concern a bit negative i think broadly this is a sound bussiness that will reap rewards in time.

i know they have knocked the divi on the head this year but divi last 5 years 7p 5.3p 3.6p 3.6p 1.8p and a profit for the last 3 years nav of 15p an sp of 5p seems to good to be true am i missing something.

they have stuck at it for the last five years they have always paid the interest on the loans so banks will be happy enough ,a very big upturn in the sp over the next three years even inflation should double it.

sorry it took so long to reply been to work all day yes i own shares in rdi pays a good divi for the sp, im smilling at the mo i got into pog at 75.5. i try to have a small but diverse portfolio but i love stocks that you can double your money on if you time it right i bough rpo a few months ago now 15p £1k sold them 3 weeks later at 38p for £2.2k ive had my fair share of losers as well but investing ls like paying for an education you learn by your mistakes.gl

no as property prices recover and demand for rents this stock will do well it may take some years but who cares, im only in for a modest amount but id have no second thoughts of re investing more once its on the move up gl.
