i make no bones about it im a high risk reward gambler as long as the news tomorrow see,s talv solvent, its a double or treble the 6.2 i paid gla.

i just bought in at 6.2 gla

ive not been keeping a close eye on talv just the sp bobbing up and down what,s the low down on wed is this info day trading results or are the courts involed again a brief update would help i dont want to traul the rns cheers.

the last time i bough rpo at 15p i sold 3 weeks later at 46p m back in at 16.5 its way to low , and without foundation.

this sucker made 120% and i would of stayed in but for the terms of the hedge 10% above the euro rate , it isnt rocket sience static or down for the sp now.

im out for now still we got in at 3.85 but i cant now see the sp moving forward under those terms gl

im not happy at the news its a company sapping 10% over the euro rate ,id expect alph to move forward from this but its far from assured they will or can

i take it they now have to make an announcement tomorrow as the dead line date has passed , i hope they have got a good deal and the sp nearer 12p gla

im sure i read that there is a yearly inflation increase within the leases however once the hedge issue is sorted, can we all agree that the sp is undervalued.

it does not take eight weeks to settle the terms of of a24mil hedge my hope is that barclays as our main lender, has done a full refinance deal for alph for the next 5 years incorperating the hedge with good ltv covenants even if that means paying 6% .its gives stable period of time to prosper and move forward and the sp would be near 20p as a result.gla

thats why it is important to have a fixed interest rate inflation helps because the rents go up every year by that amount and more importantly we have grade a tenants big companies unlikely to fold if times get harder. and best of all because there has been no dilution solution a 1p divi costs them 1.17 mil easy for them to afford . ok i accept debt reduction will be slow but if you take a twenty year view great strides can be made and higher divis as we go.

the sp will rise then the profit takers will want back in if not already hmm

im happy about the extra leases more revenue generated.
