Stephan Bernstein, CEO of GreenRoc, details the PFS results for the new graphite processing plant. Watch the video here.
Maybe they have defined a capital allocation framework - they just forgot to tell us!,
Or maybe they are holding it back due to other news they haven't yet finalised!
Who knows - we certainly don't - I do hope this does get resolved soon though.
I sold £500 worth yesterday because its getting near the end of the month and needed the money - overspent this month!. It was in profit (bought at 2.8p), was only a very small part of my holding, and was in my mind a lesser evil than selling BMN - Hopefully I can buy it back before any decent news comes out - Yes I could have waited for the bounce - but I need the money in my account for Monday - so didn't have a lot of choice on timing. Sometimes we don't have choices - which is one reason for selling!
I've not heard it called motivation/hygiene theory, but understand the principle, and can fully see it its relevance here Ophidian. Hopefully some future scheme (which is supposed to start on 01 Jan 19) will be tied to production as well as company performance.
Not wishing to appear as though we are ganging up iceslice, just trying to clarify your last comment - If we don't know what the dividend policy why would the MM mark down the price if it didn't surface before the end of Q1 - The fundamentals of the company do not change based upon the dividend policy,. The target in December was a production target - which has an impact on profit, and the fundamentals, so understandably that should have a greater impact on the share price that declaration of a policy would. You cannot compare a dividend policy with production targets.
Our particular compound may be patented, but its not a a unique product. I suspect if we put up our prices our customers will go to different suppliers/markets.

re Spainish healthcare - the father in law had a knee op and had a stroke whilst in Hospital. They didn't pick it up - they just thought he was old and confused. I suspect its a lottery wherever you are in the world.
Signed. A shorting ban on AIM would be good for the companies, as well as the investors in that it would remove the mechanism that allows the traders and brokers to destroy a companies share price. The mechanisms for shorting are Contract for Difference, spread betting and covered warrants - all three would have to be covered by a shorting ban in order for the ban to be effective.
or for the lazy ones:-
South Korean fires
During 2018 more than 15 battery fires were reported in South Korea, resulting in actions taken by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy (MOCIE). There are now more than 1,250 battery energy storage systems installed in the country. Following the increasing number of fires in the country, authorities prioritized conducting safety checks on all installed battery systems. A specialist taskforce worked alongside major battery manufactures and utilities to conduct inspections. As fires continue to occur in 2019, MOCIE announced a forced shutdown of 342 public energy storage systems and recommended that private owners of energy storage systems take them offline, until the ongoing investigation concluded. This action is expected to reverberate across South Korea and globally, but it will encourage the implementation of stricter installation and safety regulations.
Mikemine posted this link on the REDT site - the article has an interesting comment on fires - which presumably are Lithium batteries.

We do need positive action by the government if we want to move away from fossil fuels - however when only 40 MP's attend a debate on climate change I do despair. https://bit.ly/2tNNDfK
I've not had the ability to vote on previous occasions, due to not being named on the register of shareholders, as my shares are in a nominee account. A large % of shares are in nominee accounts - an unless the holders of those shares are proactive they will not automatically be entitled to a vote. Does that 75% threshold represent 75% of shareholdings, or 75% of those actively voting?
Looking at the 12 Dec posts some maintenance/cleaning work going on at Vanchem. https://bit.ly/2DA9Ja6
"The only blip has been production figures. I put that down to growing pains" - Personally I think production figures are down primarily due to lower quality feedstock, unforseen unplanned maintenance and unforseen strikes - all due to legacy issues that Evraz were probably aware of, and may have contributed to their decision to sell Vametco along with a lack of foresight of the Vanadium market. These are all being addressed fortunately.
