Any calculations to back up his contra view of the share price? It would lend more credibility. Personally I think 30p is just as likely - Why? 2400mt Vametco at $24 cost, $40 sell price = $38.4m profit. Vanchem 1200mt at $31 cost, $40 sell = $10.8m - Total of $49.2m profit = £36.64 - giving a MCAP of £360m on a PE of 10. = SP of 30p based on 1.19Bn shares. What are your calculations?
Loudspeaker - Some Nitrovan competitors:-

Loudspeaker - Nitrovan is not unique and has to remain competitive so it's premium is not likely to increase. Nitrovan is Bushveld Minerals registered trademark for it's Vanadium Nitride product/composition - many other competitors produce Vanadium Nitride to similar compositions particularly in China.
Another doom and gllom merchant - Your statement is just speculation. Im speculating it wont last longer than a week - as its an illegal strike. The union has made anagrrement with the company which they have to compwith as well.
That's technical stocks for you - Revenue of of £100m loss of £80m and whinging about a £1.4bn valuation for digital workforce software - seriously! The company I work for has a similar market cap, has £1bn revenue, and £120m profit, and serves a much wider market having fingers in many pies. Meanwhile BMN has revenue of £120m, profit of £22m (excl. Vametco asset), and now that the vanadium price is recovering scope for vast improvement of these - and yet is only valued at £250m.
"I know there have been suggestions dropped by FM that we won it " - really? - I haven't seen any and I don't think he would know at this stage. Covid and general SA have delayed it all - I believe News is due this month. It's not a dead cert - but hopefully we will have a slice of the pie.
Beginerman - Yes I've read your written word and I see a lot of negativity. I'll leave this conversation with a few examples from yourself.
"the MA however typifies a falling / neutral trend. This data does not point to a growth stock"
"hopefully the vanadium price increase and potentially an award from Escom will have the desired affect upon the sp. However the Very low PE ratio does not indicate growth potential, and the SMAs do not give confidence."
"correct not good news"
"why is that success not priced in now. Heaven forbid what the outcome will be if you are incorrect."
Feel free to defend yourself, as your pompous personality would not allow otherwise, but for the record I've lost interest in this conversation as you appear to have little of significance to contribute towards this BB.
Why aren't there many more buyers? My tuppence worth - Not enough II investment and the fact that we are on AIM. Your average PI invests in shares he believes will give great short term gains, and many end buying on spikes, and can get locked in after the inevitable retrace. BMN is a great long term prospect - and the average PI hasn't got the patience to buy and hold for several years. The non-existance of regulation on AIM allows the MM, spread betters and shorters to play this share - and via these bulletin boards allow them to influence sentiment, for some PI. There is also the plain fact that if you do a quick fag packet calculation and work out that 4000 mt at $8 profit gives $32m or £25.6m which indicates an EPS of 2p - which suggests we are overvalued. They don't look at our NAV, or peer compare us with Largo. that demonstrate that we are clearly undervalued.
Libero's sum of parts valuation suggests we are severely undervalued and should have a share price of around 29p.
If you instead look at the vanadium side of our business only, and compare us with another main producer, Largo.
Largo resources produces about 11,000 tonnes of V2O5 - which is about 6,160 tonnes of contained Vanadium.
Bushveld minerals are on target to produce 3,800 tonnes of contained vanadium, i.e. 62% of Largo's output.
Largos MCAP is £456m
BMN MCAP is £156m, but should be, based upon Vanadium produced, 62% of Largo's MCAP, i.e. £282m, which would put the share price at about 24p.
All the valuations, NAV, Peer, and Broker notes - suggest BMN should have a significantly higher share price.
Not sure if this has been posted, but worth a read.

DaisyDog - "The interesting thing for me is that rises which seem to be predicated on nothing as this one clearly was " - With hindsight - however many thought that the GS sell down had completed. It may well have, however for now it looks like the traders have exploited it. I think we suffer from being a traders share at the moment.
