gdog, short of reading the full report we can but presume the market(s) for which the author is basing his guidance on. I'd postulate it's the Digital Video Advertising Market spend on a global basis that he’s referring too. Tremor have ambitions in that space, so yes, ''the runway in front of us is effing enormous''.
Interesting also that the report will cost you $4600 as a single user and $6300 as a business. For that sort of money, you would expect a reasonable degree of accruacy/precision. No?
gdog, I'll settle for half right. Still a huge number.
There may be more players trying to get a piece of the same pie but that pie is forecast to grow alot over the next 6 years...from $23.5Billion to $261.7 Billion. More than tenfold.
Digital Video Advertising Market size was valued at US$ 23.5 Bn. in 2020 and the total revenue is expected to grow at 41.1 % through 2021 to 2027, reaching nearly US$ 261.7 Bn.

A buyback, a sale, an acquisition, a merger, or none of these…. Because nothing is known, it’s natural for everyone to speculate and take personal positions while they wait for an outcome. Experience tells me, however, it’s more likely than not we will know within the next three months and highly probable that it will accompany 4Q results (or along with a pre-results trading update). Either way, unless you don’t believe Ofer Druker’s most recent statements, of which there has been several, that, ‘’The Company's underlying performance remains strong’’ then Tremor’s sp at £5.50, is a Christmas gift that will not be available next Christmas. One thing we can be sure of is, any party that may have had a fleeting interest in Tremor, now knows that Tremor’s door is open for strategic discussion engagement. For me, it’s difficult to conclude that something positive will not emerge from that signal.
Andy Brough, surprised and unable to explain the behaviour behind Tremor’s share price fall or work out the reason for it. Wraps it up when he says, none of us know what’s going on, that the best thing to do under the circumstances is to leave the screen, go and get on with life for a while. It will sort itself out, eventually.

I guess so and probably why existing large shareholders would not be too amoured by it. Hence the Sky leak.
osteosingh....The call has ended so the link that was provided for it is of no use to you. Apparently it will be archived at some point on the Company's website, Tremor IR, so you should be able to pick it up there.
For those of you hoping for a takeover....I do not think that there is any chance of that happening right now. Having listened to OD at today call, I feel absolutely certain of this won't happen. For me, the next move is an acquisition and this was made so apparent from the emphasis Ofer Druker placed on it, at the Raymond James event today. It's his chosen path for increasing value for all Tremor shareholders. Personally, I think It could be sizable one. Maybe even a reverse takeover involving a cash raise.... hence the current share price.

The news was first reported by Mark Kleinman from Sky News, on the 22nd Nov. The following day Tremor was obliged to issue a RNS, 'Statement re Press Speculation'.
Now that it’s out there that Tremor has entered a NDA with an undisclosed party, I’m not expecting an early conclusion to that preliminary approach and certainly not before Tremor’s end of year results are released. Also, with the sp where it is right now, I’d be very surprised if Ofer Druker hasn’t received further interests already from other parties. All in all, I fully expect that it will be quite some time before we know what has been decided. Well into the first qtr of next year at the earliest, in my view.
My crystal ball can't tell me if or when this sell-down will reverse but, I think that we are at a point where there is more to be made from pushing this back up, than trying to pull it down further at the rate of a few pennies every day.
grog, re ....They,ll get theirs if we perform, for sure.
They seldom get caught it seems. My guess, they'll have closed off comfortably, well before any positive news arrives, and they'll have reversed the algos already.
It’s normally the case that a short attack is preceded by misinformation, innuendo, criticism and/or damaging allegations. So, other than the daily efforts of Canute and some of his companions on this BB, from the perspective of the standard short attack, none of the above appears to have been placed in the public domain prior to the start of Tremors short selling. So, I’m left asking myself, what is the actual nature of this attack? Who is behind it? What is the purpose of it and what is the end game? Whereas it’s incumbent on senior managements to determine the answers to the above and provide an appropriate defence, it’s unlikely they will ever divulge their findings and tactics to shareholders. I do wish I had the answers though. Most of us here, are very much in the dark if we are honest.
dog re ...The lack of respect they showed the owners of the company, which are the shareholders, still angers me.
The difficulty here is, it was the shareholders that voted through those obscene compensation packages.
In-long re your...the serious investors see its potential, etc.
Serious investors piled money into this one 7+ years ago at prices over 90p+. They were selling the same story back then. It's been on the decline ever since and they are still peddling it. You got lucky buying in at the very bottom. That happens sometimes for bottom feeders. You have made a few quid but that's about all you're going to get. The other early birds that I referred to above (Canute's one of them), are nursing big losses for years. Canute has been nursing his loses here for so long now, he has grown a beard. Find a better home for your money. This one is going nowhere.
In general, the stock prices on both the US and AIM exchanges will track each other. Modern electronic exchange mechanisms ensure that differences in the stock prices (arbitrage) are closed in milliseconds. That’s not to say that arbitrage opportunities don’t occur. You may find the information that you're looking for by doing some further research under the heading, ‘Arbitrage Trading’.
Do some people here remember this post from Phoebuss….Posted in: ARB Posts: RE: Blood red ....13 Jul 2021 17:23? To all genuine investors, I lost my job today in a pay dispute, so this is my payback for how I've been treated by my employer. I work(ed) for a hedge fund in the City. There's a team of 4 of us who sit across one desk in a serviced office. Our job is to hit this board daily with FUD posts to mislead investors and influence them to sell their shares. Depending on experience we get a base salary plus bonus for every % milestone that comes off the share price We have multiple accounts/identities split into 4 categories of characters we've created:1. The blatant negative shorter who's aim is to create negative subject headings and get them pushed to the top of the chat. 2 & 3. The wingmen who back up no.1 by being negative on the stock but with more substance around why. Phoebuss 4. The concerned holder who sways from being positive about the share to win trust before then losing faith and encouraging others to do the same. Some of our aliases include:1. Mister beck, Dr Long2. 3. Phoebus (myself), jaffas, pearls, 4. Gatti, Muscles12, saby16, atrades, fudegrella30, fireant We did laugh when genuine holders agreed with some of our posts and got bonused on confirmed sell ups such as Xenor and Matt007. I'm not proud of what I've done but willing to blow the whistle to not harm any more people financially. I would encourage all of you to screenshot this post in case they report it and get it taken down but I will try on multiple threads so that it stays here longer. I am sorry.
