News from the TILS AGM is that StemprintER De-Merger information to be released within 2 weeks!

i think they are slightly cautious of there being any good news released. They wont want to miss any rapid rise, however if they take it back down to .12 then that's exactly what they will get....a happy medium until the situation is made known.

I know it may be totally irrelevant but looking at the 5 year chart on here kind of makes me think its well worth the gamble at these figures and the information released seems to point towards being part of a 'due-diligence' exercise by someone to ensure there are no skeletons in the closet......

However.... i agree with JPP that all the dots do line up very well, and that anytime from the 16th (after the TILS meeting) to the end of July Allan Syms will be appointed a director at Accustem.

So i think I'm just going to let them get on with it and keep quiet for another month.

the time taken so far waiting as talks / negotiations / wait, have been going from BOU's angle seems to match perfectly the time it has taken to decide / negotiate / action, the spin off of StemPrintER from TILS.
The times match perfectly and continue to do so. From that angle and thinking about what they have yet to complete in order to finalise an RTO in to BOU and form Accustem Sciences PLC.....i really don't think we will hear anything before August. Out of curiosity, has any one been able to link the only Director so far of Accustem Sciences Ltd ( Willy Jules Simon) who i think looks like being Interim Chairman, with any BOU Director? or may be he's there just because someone has to be there to kick start it all?

It would seem you are spot on and that indeed Accustem sciences Ltd will be the vehicle for taking StemPrintER forward. As a limited company with a seperate identity away from TILS it will be in a position to have transferd in the Intelectual property rights of StemPrintER and will be almost set up ready to go.Then all that it needs then is to reverse itself in to a PLC shell.
Personally i see the move as a very positive one...IF it is indeed StemPrintER we are going for!

When StemPrintER is spun off ( hopefully in to BOU) it would make sense for for BOU (or what ever they plan to call it) to become main market listed in the UK, with the remaining entity of TLS listed on nasdaq only.

my shares one day could be worth £1 each!! For some bizarre reason that thought seems to balance the wait!
