RE: Final piece of the jigsaw...21 Jul 2020 22:03
Jarv55. I have just read your post on the TILS board. Interesting but my thoughts ( for what they are worth )
OKYO Pharma Limited ("OKYO" or the "Company") today announces that John Brancaccio has been appointed as a non-executive director of the company with immediate effect. Gregor MacRae is simultaneously standing down as a director of the Company with immediate effect.
John Brancaccio is aged 72. I personally (unless he's on those blue pills) cant see him taking the helm at Accustem.
However.....what is more interesting is the fact that the statement states that Gregor MacRae (aged 58) is stepping down with immediate effect. I wonder what that may be??? :-)
Gregor MacRae only joined Tiziana In January this year:
"I am delighted to join the Board of Tiziana and I am looking forward to working with the Company. I believe my experience as an advisor to several international companies over the last 25 years will compliment Tiziana and I am more than happy to join the Company at this exciting time”, said Gregor MacRae.
Its my opinion that MacRae has been asked to leave OKYO by mutual agreement by Gabrielle Cerrone, in order for him to take the reigns and run with Accustem. I think he has the experience, he is young enough, still has a foot in the door at TILS, The very lacklustre and almost stealth like resignation from Okyo gives the strong impression that he now has more important fish to fry....VERY SOON!
For these reasons, and the fact that OKYO is not a clean shell waiting to happen, i do not think that OKYO will be the RTO vehicle.
Therefore, by the powers of deduction BOU remains the leading contender.....imo
