The facts a plain, simple and obvious to anyone looking objectively at the company.

1. Cash - if there's any left then it's not much and certainly not enough to see the company through to production so there'll have to be a raise to provide interim cash flow

2. Sharecap - doesn't come close to covering the debts GR is obligated to pay in shares so he'll have to call an EGM for an increase in sharecap to pay these debts and allow sufficient headroom for additional raises for working capital, plant fixes etc.

3. Plant - It doesn't work and will require additional Capital expenditure for the required fixes, sorters and mag sep will need to be replaced.

4. Export Licence - Still not in place despite GR claims its a quick 3 week process. How long has it been?

Most definitely a worked sell, but who really cares, it doesn't change the facts that the plant doesn't work, requires more modifications than GR "sincerely hopes" which he knows full well so has once again misled shareholders in an RNS. The July target is a moveable feast gone from July 10th to w/c July 10th which would happen to coincide with the lack of confirmation of the civils for the conditioner, once again GR misleading shareholders. The company is in a mess, operationally, financially and managerially, time to start looking to make some changes. Get the raises out of the way and GR steps down, the latter alone will likely see the SP virtually double maybe more if they can announce a successor with a proven ability to bring a project to production. If GR remains in situ then I'm afraid PREM is pretty much doomed, the cash keeps being burned through and there'll come a point most likely after this upcoming EGM that shareholders will no longer support additional headroom increases

Pjmc, Market makers have zero interest in manipulating a market so a share price falls, stays level, or goes up, they're interested in making money on every trade that they make. There is no manipulation, just a very tight spread with pretty much even buys and sells today hence the fast close.

It doesn't say that they have access to sufficient water supply just that they have a mitigation process in place, do these other dams have sufficient water to supply Zulu given the current drought?

What about the sorters and the mag sep? They both need to be replaced with correctly functioning units in order tonsupply sufficient ore and have uncontaminated product produced therefore the conditioning tank surely cannot be the last plant modification that is required so as sincere as his hopes are, they are misguided.

Nothing about the cash situation which we know is dire and anyone who believes there won't be an imminent discounted raise really needs to have their head examined and a given a reality check.

His RNS releases haven't been overly factual to date though. That's the main problem from a comms perspective, the market just cannot trust what he says to be truthful or at least reliable enough to make a valid investment decision. As always with GR it's what he doesn't say in an RNS that seems to be more reliable that what he does say.

Sprint, they can't fit the conditioner if the civils haven't been completed, which as of today, they haven't been. GR would be all over X with pictures of concrete, was supposed to be done by the 10th to allow time to cure ahead of assembly of the unit. Now 5 days behind schedule. Someone in the telegram group (not the Noel group) with contacts on site has been told that there are a number of issues at Zulu which won't be resolved quickly, and as we all know the money is a major issue. It astounds me that people cannot see that there will have to be a raise and and EGM for further headroom for GR to a) keep the lights on and b) pay the debts he's legally obliged to pay.

You'd have to be bonkers to be buying ahead of the certainty of at least 2 discounted placings and a share issuance in excess of a billion shares which will be sold to pay the debt.

Dazedandconfused, I wouldn't hold out much hope of your 15 million purchase today being worth more by September, most likely a lot less after GR dilutes everyone a couple more times before the middle of July, and then a couple more before the end of August, all without producing any SC6.

Luthee surely even you with your eternally rose tinted glasses are not so naive as not to realise that there has to be an EGM for a raise in headroom. PREM hasn't the funds to continue operations, the most recent placing is now pretty much used up after the cost of scrubber. There's significant debts to be paid that cannot be covered with the currently available headroom. I suspect he'll need to ask for around 10 billion headroom minimum to pay the debts and leave enough left for a discounted cash raise to give him a fighting chance to get the plant into production. Will that be enough? Possibly not.
