Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Ryan, where did you find the options for Poolbeg? Thanks
What date in 2020 did the MW acquisition complete?
"As at 31 December 2020 cash and cash equivalents were £19.2m. Cash as of end May was £15.1m, reflecting the expected release of customer prepayments in H1 2021" UK government prepayment was what? £10m? And it looks like it's not been included in the £15.1m. Add those two together and the cash pile is building at £1m a month

I'm glad we haven't seen any new hVIVO contracts signed in a little while. If there's a bunch of £10m+ Covid challenge studies incoming that were awaiting ethics approval then it would be a shame to see the clinics capacity filled up with £2-4m RSV and influenza studies.
"Pursuant to Rule 7 of the AIM Rules, the Existing Directors, Proposed Directors and Simon Mitchell (who will, in aggregate own 61,008,759 Ordinary Shares, being 30.7 per cent. of the Enlarged Ordinary Share Capital) have undertaken to the Company and SPARK Advisory Partners that they will not dispose of any interest they hold in New Ordinary Shares for a period of 12 months following Admission and, for a further period of 12 months thereafter, they will only dispose of an interest in Ordinary Shares on an orderly market basis through the Company’s then broker." https://bidstackgroup.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/admission-document-310818.pdf
So JD and FP could have sold more shares for the past year but they haven't..
RTO not RPO
Where is this open period documentation? The only mention of share lock in I can see is in the RPO document which says directors cannot sell shares for the first year, and then for the second year they can only do so via the companies nominated broker. What has stopped them from selling over the past year?
Does anybody have a link to the September investor presentation pdf that was presented on the 17th?
So a post that may, or may not exist on Reddit from 1 user means the tech isn't working? I'm sure more than 1 of FM's 1m+ players would have posted online if Bidstack's tech was crashing their game.
bidlievers.com Loads of information on there for you
Ad Request. Ad = advert. Request = self explanatory. The Ad console sites between games and the DSP's. An ad request would be a game requesting an advert to be placed in a particular location in a particular game.
"In return, Codemasters will receive advertising inventory and marketing support across F1® channels, including via trackside advertising at Grands Prix and a stronger presence on F1®'s fast-growing digital channels. Codemasters will also work more closely with F1® to explore additional revenue opportunities." I interpreted that as Codemasters will be given real-life advertising space at Grans Prix events to promote their game. The "..explore additional revenue opportunities" is interested though
If things go south for #avct I'm sure thechancer will pop up in 3 months time claiming to be his best mate and that he's only bashing the share because he cares so much about his feelings
What integration do you see as being required for DAN? I haven't looked into it outside of the RNS but I understood it as DAN will be pushing advertising budgets through BIDS on behalf of their customers. This could be via TTD or as a direct placement with BIDs.
Was there an RNS for SM20? I read they have a 3 year exclusive deal for SM19 but surely SM20 is a different game?
I was going to top up earlier and I didn't.. Can only imagine the frustration of those who sold today
Personally I think we'll see EA announce NBA Live 2020 as a free to play game with Bidstack ads. Lots of rumors online of this being a free to play. Maybe even something to do with Need for Speed on the EA side as well.
