Bacanora had an option to acquire the outstanding 50% that it does not own, whilst Solarworld had the right, but not obligation, to buy back Bacanora's shareholding for €1 (together the "Call Options"). The Company and Solarworld have agreed to cancel the Call Options. As a result Bacanora will now own 50% of DL, and Solarworld, which is currently in administration, will hold the other 50%.

2. BCN now puts in €1.35 million over next two years. Two Years of delay for Zinwald. Hopefully now BCN fully concentrate on Sonora and come back to Zinwald once Sonora is up and running. Maybe when it is it will have assets upon which to obtain financing for Zinwald.

Sounds like a win result to me. Retain asset. Little cost in the meantime.

Its possible Zinwald NPV will be realised in BCN price once Sonora construction starts and sentiment turns more positive.

Like no one was pricing in FSD, Battery Storage, Solarworld etc for Tesla. No it looks like they are.

Interesting to note that they says they most of their money is made in the stores at petrol stations. And EV drivers have more time to go and buy something while they charge. And 15-20 Mins charge at 150kw would keep you driving for days at 40 miles per day. Which is what I do. Top up regularly for 15 or so mins, splash and dash, rather than going 0-100%. Generally I'm going 30% to 70-80% because after that the rapid charging slows down. And an hour at the Gym adds about 10-15% range without waiting at all. Soon the weather will be good enough for Golf. More charging while I'm doing something.

Nice as BP have 4 150kw chargers at Hammersmith Flyover.

Tesla has 16 Superchargers at Westfield and 16 at Park Royal.

Yes I go to Fulham a lot, so good for me as I look at possible charging options there.

Most of the Shell Petrol Stations near me now have 50KW Chargers. But I use Polar Plus because its half the cost.

Interesting that Telsa Model 3 for Europe produced in batches at beginning of quarter, so can be transported and sold by quarter end. So no Model 3 have arrived in UK arrived in 2020 so far, so sales low.

Suggests that 80% of cars sold will be BEV by end of decade and the the banning of petrol/diesel in 2035 could be brought forward depending on how this works out.

Hybrids are now just a way of extending life of ice engines and the investment in them.

Ice cars are doomed. The pressure to switch is going to increase as VW ID and others come to market.

A ban on selling new petrol, diesel or hybrid cars in the UK will be brought forward from 2040 to 2035 at the latest, under government plans.

Wont be long till that comes down to 2030, then 2025 if they are price competitive.

They should make BEV more competitive by having extra Taxes on the Polluting ice cars. They are not paying the cost of the pollution and harm they are creating.

I don't know whether any one would believe - apart from because I own and love my Tesla Model 3. I watched a youtube comparing Tesla Plans and VW for the next 5 years BEV production. Tesla years ahead of VW now and will be in 5 years. But VW will be second after Tesla because they are putting $33 Billion into them, $11Billion for VW alone, Remenber VW has many sub brands, Porsche, Audi, Seat, Skoda, Bently, Lamborgini, Buggatti are all part of the VW Group.

The story from mexico I believe is fud to drive the price down and make a killing.

I read somewhere recently where early Windfarms are having their first Turbines turn down and replaced with much bigger ones. Seems there could be good long turn work in renewables. The turbines don't last that long, and new larger ones need upgraded infrastructure.

I thought the previous placings with Ganfeng and M&G were preceded by price monitoring announcements. Giving a clear warning something was about to happen.

I agree it looks like someone trying to manipulate price though.

From what I ve read Ganfeng have agreement to supply Lithium Hydroxide to Tesla till December 2020. With agreement to extend for another 3 years.

So Giga factory 1 and 3 up and running. Gifactory 4 in germany may be next year. So a lot of Lithium needed by Ganfeng.

But is Hydroxide not Carbonate. So what does that need for BCN ? Will it come from other suppliers. Will it need reprocessing (is that an option) , will BCN switch some production to Hydroxide.

Just curious as Tesla is the biggest producer of Long range BEV. and likely to strengthen that lead with Giga 3 and 4.

And they also have the Mega Packs for renewable energy storage will may be even bigger requirement for Lithium.

And the Trucks (this year) /Cyber Truck will need huge Batteries.

Ganfeng also has agreements to supply BMW (5-year (2020 - 2024) ), VW lithium for the next ten years.

So Ganfeng have huge new requirements for Lithium. BCN is projected to be one of the cheapest resource source for Lithium which means largest margin. The BCN is a huge Lithium deposit, easy to extract, scalable , and quick to market (5 days from extraction to conversion to Lithium).

Prospects look good.

I'd like to know if the Lithium Hydroxide supply for Tesla matters to BCN as there are so many other consumers signed up for Ganfengs' Lithium.
