Tesla intentions for Batteries for Grid Storage and Cars directly affects demand for Lithium. Not only for its requirements but the pressure it puts on other Manufacturers to produce competitive electric cars.

The greater the planned demand, the better for BCN.

There are some inaccruracies in this article.

1. State Reserve Fund of Oman (SGRF) agreement Lapsed.
2. The Tesla agreement did not go thru. I think they wanted Lithium at cost price not Market Price.

Oil maybe cheap now. But even a £1.07 a litre I can add electric to my BEV to get 130 miles for the price of one Gallon of petrol. Which is 3 to 4 times any many as the Hires cars I drove last year and this (11 weeks at about 35 mpg).

And add to that most of Electric has been free anyway. Destination chargers, Supermarkets and Costco.

Does anyone have a feeling for when the share price might recover?

1. When EPC complete q2 2020.
2. When Construction starts q3/4 2020
3. When production starts sometime 2022

Comparison with similar project timelines and the effect on share prices?

Coming from a long term investor 80p + from 2017... When any news raised share price over £1 per share.

On Tesla Superchargers at 26p KWH My Tesla does 66mpge.
On Polar + at 12p or 15p KWH its 100mpge.
On Overnight charging with EV Plan at 8p KWhr its around 200mge

On council street lamps 34p kwh -- well lets not go there.

These are winter figures with heating, ac and cold Battery. Summer driving is better than that. For instance today I was getting 220whr per mile winter average is 330whr per mile. Is that 50% better??

And at supermarkets, and Tesla Destination chargers, its often free.
