Hi Lionhart, I've been in many M&A situations and both parties rarely pull out from a deal. If there's an issue with a particular countries' regulations then both companies decide to still go ahead with the deal and initially exclude the problem subsidiaries from the deal and then come back later and acquire the problem entity. So, I don't see no material problem for the deal to go ahead.

Yes it has hit the growth peak and is coming off now, hence the weakness in SP. Another good thing about battered down stocks is that this will on the radar of the big 4 pet food companies with a possible takeover.

Check out PETS and VTU as recovery shares. They are both profitable companies that pay out dividends and are almost at 52 week lows

Just bought in, as the shares look oversold and now cheap as chips. With 5% dividend yield and ex divi around the corner, I can wait for the shares to recover whilst earning the juicy divi.

The ex dividend is just around the corner. So hopefully this will nudge the share price a little bit higher. I'm eagerly waiting what they will do with war chest of cash at their disposal?

If the results were factored in the share price then it would be near 55p. VTU'a results will indeed be very good as indicated on previous update but Financials are always based on historical performance but shares move on forward looking statements and VTU will have a lot to sing about their record breaking sales in March 2017 (due to excise duty changes and new car registrations), which should push the shares much higher.

With the potential of 90%, I think I may be tempted load on SEPURA. It would be hard to see this company suffer especially now that UK government are involved and it's in everyone's interest to see this go through smoothly. If the UK government gave the go ahead for the nuclear power plant then the radio communication should not cause too much of a problem. Besides, UK needs to show that they are open for business amongst the Brexit.

Wow, it seems that everything that could possibly go wrong with this acquisition has come to fruition. I think Sepura should go it alone in my humble opinion as it can't get worse than this. If the company goes belly up then it would be due to Givernment meddling and incompetent BoD.
