Morning everyone, I'm amazed at the different perceptions of our company ,on the one hand we have ourselves who rate GGP highly and the stock market who rate it less so, as reflected in the current price sub 13p. When will the stock market sit up and take notice I wonder, what more further good results do they require in addition to those already posted to make the SP a true valuation of the company and its prospects?

JD1972.....worth doing this, I've decided to as the MM seem to be making shedloads, if you can't beat them then join them. I've done it on the last few dips and then the price recovers then sell, then wait then buy again the time lapse is only a few days. The profit has been between 5.5-9.1%. Not bad for a few days worry, but never fear dear reader I've just purchased a new set of worry beads from the proceeds. As an old beer advert used to say on the tele (when they could advertise on that medium) and I paraphrase ' a xxxxx works wonders works wonders'

Very difficult to follow such advice when today one has ' lost' the equivalent of 2 x Maserati Levant trefolo vehicles if one should have sold.

Mushy.. just make sure as you enter the world of blissful slumber thinking of those prophesied share prices of 74p now retracted to a more modest amount, that you do not awaken with the Rennie tablet affixed to your pillow in the morning or worse still lying on your pillow in a pool of pheglem looking rabid like, not a very alluring sight to your bedfellow!

Mushy....pardon the familiarity, I suspect you will need the Rennie's/zantac or other antacid remedy tonight, after partaking in such gastronomic delights, quite frankly the share price has given me acid reflux already....nothing that milk of magnesia won't sort ....younger folk on the board won't have a clue about the ancient remedies I allure to!

Hi TomE that's sone financial investment depending on your average I would not blame you for selling anyways. It's your hard earned and like Beetham if you decide to offload then good on you. Other members should applaud you taking profit. You could of course remain part invested and still receive further profits once this 'malaise' on this share has passed and SP starts to climb once again. In the meantime fellow members should support each other on this board through a difficult and trying time for us all. After all, quite frankly, it is a type of therapy why we are all on this board anyway, to seek reassurance from fellow members that we are doing the 'right thing' in investing in this particular company.

I am prepared to be a passenger on this roller coaster of a ride wherever it may take me, paupers prison or millionaires row. I still have an opinion whether it coincides with your beliefs or not. We are still blessed with free speech in this country and we should all practise it with impunity. The alternative doesn't bear thinking about ....a Totalitarian state where all GGP profits are taken by the state and not your goodself so my fellow member think on about indiscriminate filtering of people and their opinions
