Only time will tell. If you see the stats for 2018 TC suffered particularly badly whereas flights out of UK actually went up. Only June was down (World Cup)
A good indicator at the moment is the amount of discounting TC is doing. If little or none then a good sign. They reduced capacity this year by about 12% so that should help.
