I would have traditionally agreed with you but cash balance cannot be considered at present - this is a tech company and cash burn is significant AND the SP is weak at present which makes this vulnerable, they should have raised money months ago to avoid the current collapse

Big dumping going on behind the scenes - I can get quotes for large amounts with ease. Its a real shame because I have been a real supporter of this company for many years but the cold hard facts speak volumes. Catalysts are running dry so SB need to pull out something spectacular from the hat!

The unfortunate reality is there is none - marketing budget has dwindled and they have the biggest players in India but they are targeting the wrong demographic and will NEVER make money unless they change their business plan drastically. I’m afraid it is only further down from here unless we get something out of the blue

Talks for Mankayan and Eureka were independent of the directors - companies are interested in the assets and some have done extensive DD and are far down the chain, the companies have covered its back by saying talks for Eureka & Mankayan are ongoing. Ed said they would not be diluting shareholders after the last placing & was unable to actively manage finances at Choco - he failed to manage the money correctly and put the company in a precarious position at Choco - Both BO & EN had to go because they made a real cock up of Choco when everything was going so smoothly. Background buyer had some influence in the decision and so thats it, they left and we still have 3 strong diversified assets and when Choco recommences mining then we will back up to 2p in a very short amount of time if you ask me!

Randy - you have to remember that Ed had a limited role in the company and it was mainly Bernard and Laurence - Laurence was leading nearly alll discussions in Colombia. Remember this placing was so that Colin Bird could secure a portion of the company.

Jim just knows this company so well, and its history and it isn't a newcomer jumping on board and ramping it based on a shady deal! Stel has been nothing short of a money pit pipe dream (pun intended)!

With no news...... fed up of this now its becoming laughable! New investors be careful - I previously was waiting for the news flow to arrive but when things take this long it simply isn't right. To put things into perspective this company has given an update AT LEAST once per month for the past 3 years - this 4 month silence is completely unheard of and i'm beginning to feel there is something sinister going on behind the scenes. I have tried to be optimistic for all these months but it gets to a point when it becomes very fishy - the warning signs were there for a while though it must be said! BE CAREFUL

LR doesn't do much you are right but he doesn't draw a salary from the company, he is paid in shares. Not many are willing to take that!

Yep he has the experience and knows the industry well. So it looks like they are looking for the high grade areas so they can start lining profitably again

Very well said - the fact of the matter is Ed failed with his baby Choco, they relied on the brokers instead of being preemptive and raising money with a strengthened share price, but they trusted the words of a certain broker who then pulled the plug and offered money at a significantly lower price then the 0.4 - we had already committed to the ramp up in more ways then one, in getting extra equipment and personnel so it was honestly a real mess! Thankfully that is behind us and now we have the cornerstone investor, the positivity and we CAN return to the 2p range with relative ease with the right momentum. For me this drop has weeded our the weak and the buyer will continue buying as they have done in the past......

Also we must not forget Colin Bird got involved in FCR recently (at 0.05p) and the SP almost tripled in the few months after.
