Its been a tough time for AIM over the years it must be said but there was a reversal at GLR when it rebounded from 1.5p to over 11p & XTR. None of those companies had assets like we do in with 3 diversified assets with varying size (large scale Copper/gold, high grade exploration play in Argentina & Alluvial in Colombia with a business model that works). There is a lot of potential here and again, putting �400k into a company is not coincidental.

Its no coincidence that someone that specialises in deals has entered the frame at this stage - and wanted to secure a portion of the company......

Yes - this isn’t a botched up placing like the last one given to those who want to make a quick quid .... an actual cornerstone investor is joining and hopefully he will be injecting new energy into a company that has a super depressed share price with great assets!

I disagree - this should rise strongly today! New incoming executive chairman with a track record and is putting his money into the company as a cornerstone investor... reminds me of GLR a few years ago before they went up 600% under Colin Birds guidance. Watch this space - he will be generating more investor interest that’s for sure!

The company didn’t need the money but the incoming Colin Bird wanted to secure a portion of the company before it takes off! The placing was done at the BID price - practically no discount

Yep it’s a massive show of interest and support - the placing was for them to get their foot in the door with the company and secure a good portion for next to nothing! Colin Bird knows the quality of the assets we have and can give that drive in creating value for shareholders and can get the SP rallying!

Have a conversation with SB a while back as to why the HTML 5 users were to be targeted - in essence these are the people that purchase the very cheap phones and so logically speaking will they have the disposable income to make purchases.... obviously not! I aired my concerns about the business model being flawed in this sense, he is a very nice chap though I must say. We need to target different demographics in India going forward for this to be a success - yes having the exposure is good but if they are milking it for free games then we can't be sustainable.

Indeed you are correct - companies like MOS traditionally have very low cash burn but this change is unusual and is worrying

MOS has always been a very volatile stock - these current figures really make me uneasy though, we have been listed for Donkeys years though and always manage to keep on plodding along. Simon is on a fat salary which he should defer or take in shares if he really did care about conserving cash!

Is Simon loves raising money when our cash balance hit these type of prices so i'm really in limbo at the moment

I can get a quote for up to 500k for 2p traditionally I would have snapped them up but after today i'm not

Indeed - the buyer is likely to be revealed very shortly. Let’s clear the deadwood and get some faith restored into this company with great assets! With the right leader we could and should have a market cap of £15m WITHOUT changing anything!

I have mentioned Lepanto on many occasions for good reason! They are next door to us - guys and gurls expect the strategic buyer to jump on board imminently IMO.
