More like person A made up a lie that Fura would RTO into RLD. He made up a further lie using the large tax losses as something of large value (give me an example where a company has ever sold, or given paper value to tax losses).

The fact is you are a ramper! I called you out at MOS when you ramped, make up crap and disappeared again.

I disclosed my loss, yes. I didn’t have to but I did. I only mentioned BMN to give some perspective to that egotistical ‘shining star’ Suhail ‘20,000% profit since april’. I never ever disclose my profits or losses conventionally but made an exception on this occasion, but I shouldn’t have gone against my principles.
Anyone who thinks wealthy people don’t use this board is deluded - many have made their fortunes from these markets, and many (like Nickderby at BMN) financed the companies directly, as have I.
As I have said - if I saw Suhail wasn’t ramping and LYING AGAIN WITH FAKE RTO NEWS ACROSS THE BOARD I would be quiet and not utter a word to him I assure you.

Earlier in the year I called him out at MOS for his ramping about his research and fake RTO claims.
He did the same ramping RLD with talk of another RTO of Fura into RLD - I called him out again (even though I was a major shareholder)
At Chal now he is going on about another RTO of a FX company... again another baseless lie!
Now he is alluding to a takeover of PAL by KLK.!
The guy is a serious serial liar.... he enters low MCAP low share in issue, tight liquidity stocks. Takes a position then starts ramping and making up lies! Dishonest dishonest!

You no doubt have extensive knowledge of these markets and assets and I have read your posts with great respect and interest.
The main issue is at present there has been a big shift in the investor demands and wants. I feel these days of investments are going - the end result is never worth reaching, and it’s about the journey to that destination as apposed to the destination itself. I don’t feel companies ever want to actually go into production because of the heavy equity that is required and that’s generally across the board in all fields. Elongating a exploration play, buoying the market with uneconomical assets knowing full well its simply done as a boost to morale and generally uninterested in any sort of exit strategy for any asset is the norm. It’s a shame because I have seen a great many project run by engineers and not PR guys that can’t get their feet off the ground.

It’s a bet on the funding risk vs bank liability risk. Both won’t be good IMO with the former leaving the company with a tiny equity (can’t afford to participate and if they do new equity will be at a discount - they are vultures when they when they see blood) and the latter being liquidation as the company has no way of paying that bill
