Shorting aim stock is laughable - rampers always use it as an excuse.... they have never even looked into whether it’s possible or not which is laughable
Suhail cracks me up - 20,000% lol
His head is evidently up his own rear end ....not jealous at all, the markets have been good to me over the years. You have what they call ‘master of the universe syndrome’ which many of the more experienced personnel like me know is very dangerous - oh shining star dude lol!
Support has been lost with momentum.
Need ACTUAL news now to do something meaningful ... not baseless speculation
He will post a few messages here and there which will become less and less (to try and keep up appearances) and poof! Gone.
As you can tell Suhail is long gone no doubt - ramping his next targets and probably will disappear from this board like he did at MOS earlier in the year after swamping the boards with his ‘research’.
His strategy is clear - low share price stock, low liquidity (low shares in issue) buy low begin ramping and drumming up interest and luring people in then sell while still ramping trying to act like you’re invested then slowly put the funds into other stock and repeat the cycle.
That’s unethical to me but it makes money so yeah :-)
I’m sorry but your valuation of tax losses is well off jack.
I had same argument at ecr years ago - even discussed with PJ and it has almost no paper value.
If the deal with fura is announced as I have said before it will be transformational for rld.
That being said it’s very very unlikely now since the deal was amended - if it wasn’t amended I would agree it’s a possibility. There would have been formal discussions regarding the RTO if it was on the table - the nomad would no doubt request the company to release this via RNS and it would have been released on the last amendment. They would have released the news to prop up the share price of both companies as well (fura is trading at around 0.13) so it would have beeen a win win for rld and fura.
Why secure an asset for cash then reverse into the shell after? Far harder and time consuming then doing it straight away - and rld clearly have nothing lined up (they attempted to prop up the market a few years ago saying they were looking at gold and lithium but nothing materialised - just jam tomorrow). I have never seen such a deal in all my years in the markets and I don’t expect it to start happening now where a company first secured an asset then reverses into the shell.
As I have said - the purpose of the stock exchange is mainly to raise money - fura regularly raise huge sums (30m) at large premiums to their SP so why London?!
It’s a binary play but there are far better options out there in my humble opinion
Nothing is safe in Tanzania as I’m sure we all know
Mohhh - leave it out..... I think it’s obvious what the answer is but regardless it’s none of your business!
Everyone does it - don’t bash Suhail for doing it!
People rarely say when they sell because it’s their own business and you should be invested for the right reasons - not because a stranger on a BB says he is holding until 1p+ or whatever!
Martyn- hope you get out with a profit old chum!
I’m just giving some perspective to people in all honesty - trying to be as honest and unbiased as possible
No doubt Suhail de-risked - and who wouldn’t at a 7-8 bagger!
Also not to add fuel to fire but..... No company in their right mind completes an RTO or sale this side of Christmas.... at minimum new year but never this time of year when there is no momentum
Damn dropped 100% you say Gizzard - so it’s valued at 0?!
I think you mean it’s dropped 50%
No offence Suhail is a quick buck trader - and I take my hat off to him because that’s the way you make money in these markets! He did the same thing at MOS - ramped it then disappeared. RLD was very undervalued at 0.05 when he entered the frame so it was a great entry for him.
It was a great spike for many - quite the rarity on aim, so if you made money on this false spike well done!
Don’t blame Suhail - he did a great job in generating interest for RLD.
Reality check here is needed. I am no troll!
Everyone likes to be overly positive when invested - trust that was my mistake!
Reality is;
1.) RLD valued at £3m is overvalued - especially when the only asset is being sold for £900k - secured debt being repaid leaving the company with £200k to pay transaction costs (on average 5-8%) and outstanding creditors. The rest is working capital.
2.) if fura reverse into rld this will be a different beast. I only question why? Why would they when they raised over 30m easily 50% above their share price on the TSX?
3.) fura have a track record of extending deals (have done so for over 18 months at mustang/new energy) and destroyed their SP in doing so
4.) yes rld have the tax losses - but putting a value on them is very difficult - look at ecr with their tax losses .... there is very little monetary value unless a operating company can be reversed into them.
Good luck with whatever you do - if you’re betting on the RTO of fura then I take my hat off to you, but proceed with caution
They expect fura to RTO into RLD. If that’s the case then great news, if they don’t reality is RLD are left with around £200k from the deal to be used to pay transaction fees and creditors.
If fura RTO into rld it will be transformational.. that’s a big if. If they don’t then it’s not so good - and we know how the gold and lithium line was used in the past to keep up sentiment! It’s simply a bet on whether or not fura reverse into rld that’s the play here.
Martyn just saw your message now - it’s been a rollercoaster that’s for sure but it’s nice seeing a familiar face in you and bigmonnow - Richard is doing his thing in Africa with the rhinos (if you’re reading this I hope all is well old chum) and gorilla has disappeared unfortunately.
It’s a shame really - rld had a strong core shareholding but at times like this enough really was enough for me. But as I have said before I watch with keen interest and hope you all make a lot of money.
Not going to lie you have been a very positive contributor for a few months Suhail. I agree with you 100%. Good on You.
