Lol i thought you were being sarcastic with the initial question! Well i have seen many buys concealed as sells just if the MM's want to encourage selling, they usually do it by widening the spread. The same thing happens with large sells, a sell can be worked throughout the whole day and be registered as a buy by the end of the day.
So yeah, when you asked whats the benefit of listing buys as sell in this situation, i gave you the honest answer which was i don't really know!
Whats important to note is, only a very few number of GEL shares are available to trade as over 80% are held by institutional investors. The issues with the very large spread looks to be rectified, or trying to at least as i have topped up over the past few days and the spread has been very tight. As i said before very very few AIM listed companies with a MCAP of less then £3 million ACTUALLY sell a product/service, so having a large company like GEL in an industry that is so lucrative, and having a large supporting older brother in Green Dragon, and the expertise and exposure that accompanies it, I can't see a better secure investment opportunity in many other places. I am accumulating here based on this, and because our NAV is multiples of our current SP, and we should be turning a profit in 2016, so this time next year it will be a different ball game.
