Not true, many of those registered as sells were in fact buys.

The director gifted them to their relatives just to clarify, and system errors do happen as a matter of fact! Sometimes there is just an irrational drop in price, like Vedanta Resources very recently who had a very strong rebound of almost 80%. If there is a share issue, where was the significant selling? In fact, it seems many were accumulating this morning so it seems counter intuitive that there will be a share issue.
